Answer:
I consume 100% Whey Isolate in the morning because 100% Isolate is the hight quality of whey protein and it is easy absorb into my body.
After workout, I will consume Jumbo as my post-workout shake because jumbo had high quality of carbs and consume carbs as post-workout is to replenish the muscle glycogen that you burned during your workout.
