Stir-fry curried tofu with green beans warp.
I love using curry powder to season my stir-fry dish. The aroma is just so amazing when cook with it!
Pan fried the tofu and green beans first until they are golden/ soft. Then seasoned with curry powder, salt, black pepper and a dash of soy sauce!
Side salad: vegs with ponzu sauce ! Yummy ♥

減醣飲食生活不知不覺的進入到第15週！ 這週的計畫是除了早餐可以吃一片吐司，其它時間不攝取醣類。而且可以的話，把進食的時間控制在8小時內。
今天午餐，眼看著剩下一片的低醣捲餅躺在袋子裏，想著如果不吃，那片就要丟掉了！轉念一想，早上沒有吃吐司的扣打，應該可以彌補一下吧！🤣
給自己做了一份咖哩粉炒板豆腐丁四季豆。
紮實的板豆腐，稍微用紙巾把水份吸乾點。不沾鍋少油，四季豆和豆腐一同入鍋，不要急著翻炒，讓豆腐略煎上色。
接著再多加一點點油，加入蒜末、咖哩粉一同翻炒至四季豆熟，加鹽調味，即可起鍋。
包進捲餅裡就是一份飽足感十足的午餐。
另外快手備了一小碗蔬菜配碰醋醬油的沙拉，補足蔬菜的攝取量。（午餐和晚餐都是，蔬菜類要維持在每餐的50-60%的比例）
