《肉碎干捞面》
【这里回答一下PM来问我怎么做干捞面的朋友... 用适量的蚝油,鱼露,老抽,和少许麻油，白糖和胡椒粉就可以捞成干捞面了。加上炸葱油就美味∞啦😋
炒肉碎也简单，先爆香葱头仔和蒜米，然后放入肉碎跟捞面一样的酱料一起炒，只是多加了绍酒✌🏻。要肉碎更入味就加一点水焖10-15分钟。要留肉汁捞面的就别等到完全收干才起锅咯。那个汤底反正只要来煮滚那些料没有喝的，就随便用浓缩鸡精加水滚一滚，放些盐巴调味就是了。虽然做法简单，但味道赢过很多茶室里卖的干捞面💪🏼】
一早就想吃黑黑的肉碎干捞面。想起有grab有delivery一件杂货店的货物，就order了濑粉粿条黄面，金宝酿豆卜鱼丸，猪筋丸，文冬豆卜，Sekinchan鱼皮饺，午餐肉和lain-lain。
等motor来之前就赶快爆葱油和炒肉碎。
