如題，最近在國外美妝網站Tarte購買東西
正要填寫訂單前看到了這個

在Step3 Shipping > "Enter Billing Details"裡面有2種選項的地方
雖然我查過billing的意思
有帳單的意思，也有發票的意思
但我不太確定到底是：
A. 我的帳單與寄送地址 相同/不相同
B. 我的發票與寄送地址 相同/不相同
C. 我的信用卡帳單與寄送地址 相同/不相同
雖然我有問過親戚他說是信用卡帳單
但是這會在Shipping裡嗎...

照理說信用卡帳單應該是要寄到我家
但那個網站似乎不能打美國本地以外的郵遞區號、手機等等，
而我人在台灣，所以信用卡帳單只能寄美國地址這樣嗎？
