I just want to say that all of you guys are amazing. It’s so good to be in Taiwan and surrounded by so many wonderful people. As many of you know I took a short break. I’m back now and better than ever. I’ve been working non-stop behind the scenes this month. And will be making some big announcements soon related to events everyone can participate in and also a long-term project I’ve been working on. It will make it even easier for everyone to explore nature and participate in more outdoor sports. I’m so excited, I think you all will like it.
In the meantime, please enjoy this video. It was filmed over Chinese New Year. It’s the story of how Pink Roses helped me get my groove back. I’m mostly caught back up, and new locations and videos will be coming out regularly from now on. This summer is gonna be the best ever.

Since so many people have been asking me recently why I'm not going to my previous office anymore (MOBhouse Productions) and appearing in the videos there, here is my answer.
I've left my job in MH to focus on a different direction in 2021!
This is the backstory- I've got recruited into MH earlier last year in a hurried decision. Knowing that I'm still a ex-college student waiting to go to uni, my boss(es) and I have both mutually agreed that we were just going to try out the arrangement for a span of a few months to see if I would make a good fit for the team and the nature of work. For me, it was an opportunity to learn, even with its short window of time. For them, I was filling up a space on the team as there were little talents around to do projects with.
Over the span of 5-6 months, I have been given a fair share of ups and downs. I worked on being a talent in videos and photos, as well as handle subtitles and some miscellaneous work put for me to do. The ups were great, very motivating and encouraging, but the downs however left me in a state of confusion, low self esteem, and diminished confidence. All and all, it was still a very conducive environment for me to grow my skillsets and discover my passion. I learn better from failure, perhaps because I'm very very harsh and critical towards myself.
My boss has been very lenient and patient in teaching and guiding me on how to become a better host. I enjoyed the lunches and dinners with the colleagues. I also got the chance to meet really inspiring and talented colleagues such as Michelle Chen, who also gave me guidance on how to become a better presenter on screen. What I love most about her is that, no matter what, and no matter how hard work is, she will manage to push through in the end. She's always working to perfect herself as well as gain independence from whatever issues that's holding herself back. A really really strong girl ! <3
Last but not least, of course, Shane Tan, for being the ever so hardworking, enduring and highly efficient boss. His amount of work and effort put into growing something that means the most from deep down in his heart - is really an inspiring story for me. I'm grateful for all the time we spent together talking, yumcha-ing, playing, streaming, and of course, working. Getting to know you has been a real pleasure.
It's not a good thing or bad thing that this journey has come to an end so quickly, it's just the flow and passing of time. An end to something, is the start of another thing. This direction is the best for both of us, to a better, brighter and happier future!
To all MOBHouse fans, sorry for breaking your heart, I'm still here!!!
On my own page doing my streams, shoots and content pieces. Don't worry about it! And to all of you who thought I've been fired, I have not! It was my decision to part, and I hope you understand this. Please get your information from the right sources, you can ask Shane as well to get further clarification. Thank you ! :)
With that, I wish MOBHouse and the entire team all the best in their future endeavours! In the end, its a good-bye not a bad-bye ;)
Pudds (the raccoon), signing off!

【有子初長成🌱】As the Little One grows

I met this client from China towards the end of August for a Bazi Analysis, followed by another one with the same client. This time it was for her child. After that session, this client of mine, who has a strong analytical mind, wrote me a thank you email.
I take special liking in doing Bazi Analysis for children. Some parents feel it is inappropriate to analyse the Bazi if the child is too young. In my opinion, you ought to get it done as soon as the child turns one.
Doing so allows you to do early planning for the child’s future and guiding them on the right developmental path. A child’s potential, likings and tendencies can be decoded from his Bazi, saving you time and effort going in circles in the blind.
There was one occasion when I was analysing a teenager’s Bazi. I told the father not to cut his son’s hair too short as his hair was important to him. The father was shocked and recounted the time he forcefully cut his child’s hair to a very short length. His child is still angry with him till today and refuses to let him touch his hair.
If you had known earlier these little intricacies, you as a parent would be able to better understand the mentality of your child, giving him or her happier growing up years rather than resorting to high-handed ways and indirectly straining the parent-child relationship.
The client who wrote this thank you email told me that her child got transferred to a new school in end August. She thought the child would need a few months to acclimatise. In the past 2 weeks, both parents took my advice and changed the child’s little bed, clothing and other daily necessities. The shy boy began to open up and became more chatty and friendly in his interactions with other children.
This is only the beginning. If the parents persevere, they will see their son transform into a bright, healthy and loving boy!

Testimonial translated:
Amitabha, hello, Teacher Ji Qian. Having seen you twice, on 31 Aug for my Bazi analysis, and 24 Sep together with my husband for my child’s Bazi analysis, I am extremely grateful for the extra time you have given us on both occasions. My heart ached that you had to go with little food the entire session. My gratitude to you for the patience and detailed advice. I am delighted to hear you speak the Dharma including the Law of Karma and other principles, wishing that I could hear them more often from you. I am always ready with my little stool, eagerly anticipating your new videos. I hope I can still book you again to hear your teachings and advice, for they are especially motivating for me! Haha~
Your analysis were very accurate, about many things in my life and my child’s. For example, my child is especially clingy to me, his acute sense of colours, his inability to express his feelings, his slow reactions with his limbs and speech, even something as minute as his penchant for looking in the mirror! This is truly amazing! You said that this child will have benefactors of maternal nature, so you must be his first one helping him to guide his first-time and often unaware parents with detailed advice. We will work hard to follow your instructions to the tee, to help him shine during his peak cycles and motivate him to persevere during his down time.
Meeting you is my great fortune. Your divination of my luck cycles, including the year I came to Singapore, was very accurate. I also understood the reason for my dwindling motivation towards my R&D work which I am proficient in and my tendency to give up on things I initially started with keen interest. Of course you pointed out my positive traits, and now I understand why my friends like to hear me speak and why my analytical nature. You have such ability to decipher such great amount of information from seemingly simple Bazi characters. My greatest struggle comes when my desire to go for Lasik surgery was met with my husband’s objection. He was worried about the after-effects of such surgery. But I told him Teacher Ji Qian said I can do it, thus he relented. So now I must strike when the iron is hot and quickly book an appointment! Haha! I have great faith in your divinations on my future years and I look forward to changing the negatives in my life. I hope to get more advice from you if we meet the next time (Of course your Youtube channel is fantastic but I enjoy more to see you live in person. I am your super fan, although a low-profile one)
One more thing to add, your husband is commendable, always accompanying you. It’s heart warming. I wish the both of you everlasting bliss!
Love you much, hand hearts from many angles.
Wishing you and your family auspiciousness at all times.
Regards,
Wenya

When we read about Beyond Expeditions' Back-to-Basics: Woodcraft & Bushcraft Experience, we knew we had to sign ourselves up!
The day started with a short boat ride to Pulau Ubin, an island off eastern Singapore, where we spent a rejuvenating day away from civilisation. We picked up basic bushcraft (wilderness survival skills) from the super knowledgeable Scott, took turns to saw and chop fallen firewood, learnt some woodcraft from the talented Frederick, and made ourselves a scrumptious aglio olio lunch over open fire.
What a day it was, and what a workout too! We had such a good time we frankly didn't even stop to check our phone once.
A big thank you to Beyond Expeditions for the hospitality, and Seek Sophie for organising this experience.
Wanna try your hand at Bushcraft & Woodcraft too?

The Isle of Skye found in Scotland is home to landscapes like nowhere else on the planet.
A place rich in natural wonders me and my friends went on a road trip around the Isle of Skye, hiking, wild swimming and having a truly epic adventure in Scotland.
In part one of our Scotland Adventure vlog we travel to the Isle of Skye on a very long road trip of 12 hours. Once we arrived we spent the rest of the day exploring the Isle of Skye's amazing nature spots. Wild swimming in Loch Leathan, Portree and hiking to the iconic and awesome Old Man of Storr. The hike to The Storr is very short but extremely cinematic!
I really hope you enjoy this adventure vlog of Isle of Skye and please go check out my friends:

Four Waterfalls Walk is a stunning hiking trail found in the Brecon Beacons in Wales. Here you can hike through unbelievable nature, do some wild swimming and my personal favorite; cliff dive into a waterfall!
The Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales is home to lots of incredible hikes however in this adventure vlog me and Patrick wanted to do a hike that we didn't mind getting wet for. This is because the weather in the UK has been stormy all week and we wanted to show you that you don't need good weather to have an adventure.
I highly recommend the Four Waterfalls Walk if you are looking to do some hiking in Wales. It is a short hiking trail but is filled with incredible waterfalls and an amazing trail that takes you through dense forest along side a raging river; pretty awesome!
I really hope you enjoyed this hiking vlog and please let me know if you would like to see more videos of me and Patrick hiking in Wales, UK. Thanks for watching!
