台中（中區）阿坤麵

對，就是斗大的三字立式招牌。
一種經得起歲月考驗的那種穩重豎立在路上，門口坐著是那陪著歲月的老客。
一邊注視接手的兩位二代依然健壯初代阿坤伯，所有的餐點全在那有歷史的三輪餐車完成。
簡單的拌麵跟任選的湯。
我點了水晶餃湯，而這間店的麵之所以與眾不同，全在那傳承的醬。
（據說以前初代時期，連麵都是手做，但現在已外叫）
麵拌起來的香味跟甜滑香潤感，再加點老字號都會有的東泉辣椒醬，要不是一早，我絕對可以再來一碗。
水晶餃湯Q彈的外皮老式的豬肉內餡，油蔥湯頭，古早味的氣息環繞在口中。這間在光復國小旁的老字號給了不少大眾古早味回憶。
台中許多老字號麵店都只從早上營業至中午，注意時間喔。

Taichung (Central Dist.) Quinn’s Noodle
It’s easy to find with the showy letters on the simple signboard which is standing in front of the noodle shop.
The old papa who founded the noodle shop sits on the bench and watches his sons cooking for customers, every bowl of noodles were made in the same cart which has been here for two generations. The dry noodle is just a simple dish, what makes it different is the sauce. Stir the sauce with noodles properly, and add some classic chili sauce, many people will usually order a 2nd bowl. It says the noodles were homemade in the beginning, but now are ordered from noodles factory.
The soup options here are special, you can choose the materials you like. I tried crystal dumpling soup, the chewy skin is made by yam starch. The juicy pork filling and the scent of deep fried shallot makes the soup.
The old noodle shop near Guang-Fu elementary school is definitely a shared memory of many local people.
