So I've been back to Vancouver for a few days now and I'm already feeling the pressure, from work, school work, graduation, and all the errands and adult stuff. It feels good to be back to school because it's literally my last semester at UBC though I feel that I'm not prepared yet.
December still feels unreal to me. I guess I live a very different life in Vancouver than in Hong Kong. It's almost as if I have 2 lives.
#2017 is going to be challenging but I'm very excited to see all the changes and growth I'm about to make this year. Graduation, post-grad trip, finally joining the work force etc.
On the note of graduation, I was asked to clarify the pronunciation of my name, which is sweet. However, I have no idea how to clarify the pronunciation of my last name "Ng". It's not "Eng" which some believe. It's actually like "mmmm" with your mouth open (imagine uttering "ung" without the "ugh" sound). The struggle...sigh
