ผลงานเกมใหม่จากอดีตทีมงาน Riot Games เปิดตัวแล้วในชื่อ Palia
.
ย้อนไปในปี 2018 อดีตทีมงานของ Riot อย่าง Aidan Karabaich และ Anthony Leung ได้ออกมาก่อตั้งสตูดิโอ Singularity 6 ด้วยความตั้งใจที่จะสร้างเกมที่เปรียบเสมือนโลกสำรองให้กับเหล่าเกมเมอร์

3 ปีต่อมา พวกเขาทำจนสำเร็จ และเปิดตัวแล้วกับเกมที่มีชื่อว่า Palia โดยมันจะเป็นเกมแบบ Community Sims และมีระบบการเล่นแบบเกม MMO ที่ผู้เล่นจะต้องพบปะ เข้าสังคม และสนุกไปด้วยกัน

Palia เน้นการนำเสนอธรรมชาติอันผ่อนคลาย คุณสามารถออกไปเที่ยวโลกกว้างกับเพื่อน ๆ มีการทำฟาร์ม ตกปลา จับแมลง ซึ่งได้ทั้งทำคนเดียวและร่วมกับผู้เล่นอื่น และปรับแต่งตัวละครได้อย่างละเอียด

Palia จะว่าด้วยโลกที่มนุษย์กลายเป็นเผ่าพันธุ์ในตำนาน ที่หายตัวไปเมื่อหลายพันปีก่อน จนกระทั่ง "คุณ" ในฐานะผู้เล่น ที่กลายเป็นมนุษย์ กลับมาปรากฎตัวบนโลกอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์ และต้องใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับเผ่าพันธุ์อื่น ๆ บนโลก

ตัวเกมยังมีระบบสร้างและตกแต่งบ้าน โดยเราจะเริ่มจากที่ดินเล็ก ๆ และขยับขยายออกไปเรื่อย ๆ ซึ่งเราจะจัดระเบียบบ้านได้ทุกอย่างตามใจชอบ นี่อาจจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งเกมแนว Simulator ที่น่าจับตามองอย่างมากในอนาคต

ตัวเกมเปิดให้ลงทะเบียนเล่นช่วง Pre-Alpha ที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ Palia.com ใครที่สนใจก็ไปลงทะเบียนกันเอาไว้ได้ และมารอดูกันว่า ผลงานเกมนี้จากอดีตทีมงานของ Riot Games จะยิ่งใหญ่แค่ไหนในอนาคต
