位於印度大吉嶺西部的Sandakphu錫金健行路線，一直被稱為健行者的天堂，
經過三天的健行來到Singalila山脈的最高點，在此，你可以看見世界著名的睡佛（也有人稱沉睡的濕婆）景致，
從中你可以看到世界四大高峰：聖母峰8848M、堪城章加8598M(世界第三高)、洛子峰Lhotse 8516M (世界第四高)、馬卡魯峰Makalu8462M(世界第五高)。
除此之外，從堪城章加峰往東邊看去，你更可以看見西藏山峰群，甚至是位於不丹的Chamolhari卓木拉日峰
Sandakfu or Sandakphu, Darjeeling, West Bengal, India (Sleeping Buddha at Sunrise from Sandakphu)
* It is the highest peak located in the Darjeeling district in the eastern state of India, West Bengal, India. It is about fifty eight kilometers from Darjeeling.
* It is situated at the edge of the Singalila National Park in Darjeeling district on the West Bengal-Sikkim border, and is the highest point of the Singalila Ridge.
* Sandakphu has a small village on the peak with a number of hostels.
* The place is known for its sunrises and sunsets.
* The word `Sandakphu` means `the height of the poison plants`. It refers to the poisonous aconite plants that grow near the peak.
* A tourist site located on the Indo Nepal border, Maneybhanjan, is the gateway to the peak.
* Sandakphu is situated at an altitude of 3,636 metres above mean sea level.
* The peaks of Kanchendzonga and Everest can be seen from its summit. From Sandakphu the best view of the mountain Kanchendzonga is possible, which is known as the sleeping Buddha or the sleeping Shiva.
* Sandakphu can be reached by trekking. The trekking starts from Manebhanjan via Chitrey,Meghma,Tonglu,Tumling,Gairibas, Kala Pokhri, Bekhey Bhanjan to Sandakphu.
* The temperature swings from -20°C (including wind chill factor) in winter to +15°C in summer. Sandakphu gets snowfall in late December to early February.
* Sandakphu is a point from where one can view the four out of the world`s five highest peaks in the world- Mount Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and Lhotse.
* Sandakphu houses a diverse variety of flora namely, magnolias, rhododendrons, primulas and other sub-alpine flowers making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers.
* The region also houses nearly six hundred varieties of orchids, which is the largest collection in the world.
