These 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐬 are a perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. This creamy, delicious tropical dragon fruit smoothie is not just beautiful but also made with just a few ingredients & so delicious! 😋😋

𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐲-𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞, 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐆𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧-𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞, & 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐨, this smoothie also has lots of vitamin C & is full of antioxidants, low calorie with nutrient-dense fruit. It's super easy to whip up in minutes! I use frozen Dragon fruit, Oats & Almond Milk, but the possibilities are endless! 👍🏻👍🏻

⭐1 Cup Almond Milk
⭐1 Cup Dragon Fruit
⭐1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

▪️Combine Almond Milk with Fruit & Oats in a blender.
▪️Put the lid on tightly.
▪️Blend until very smooth & serve immediately.
▪️Enjoy in a smoothie bowl or pour into a glass to drink.

🍋CÔNG THỨC SMOOTHIE BOWL THƠM NGON MÁT LẠNH
Smoothie Bowl (hay còn có tên gọi khác là Acai Bowl) là một trào lưu ăn uống đang được rất nhiều người nổi tiếng cũng như thanh thiếu niên trên toàn thế giới yêu thích trong khoảng 2 năm gần đây.
Món Smoothie Bowl tiêu chuẩn sẽ có 2 phần chính là: Fruit base (phần sinh tố chính thường là 1 hoặc nhiều loại hoa quả có vị ngọt tự nhiên như: Chuối, xoài, dưa hấu, dâu tây, mâm xôi, kiwi...) và toppings (phần rắc thêm bên trên, có thể rắc nhiều thứ khác nhau như: Hoa quả tươi, các loại hạt, ngũ cốc, hoa quả khô...).

結果拖到夏天都要結束了 (苦笑) 不過沒關係,因為這三個果昔碗我不管是哪個季節都會打的,包含:藍莓果昔碗、奇異果果昔碗、鳳梨生薑果昔碗
如果你想把果昔碗變成果昔,就多加一點植物奶或是飲用水一起打就可以了。希望你們試過後也會喜歡 :)
And that's what happened to procrastination when this summer is about to end. But no worries because these 3 smoothie bowls suit me throughout the year. They are blueberry smoothie bowl, kiwi smoothie bowl, and pineapple ginger smoothie bowl. If you want to make them into a thinner smoothie, just add more plant milk or water to blend. 高麗菜 1/4 小顆
紫高麗菜 1 小塊
炒洋蔥&胡蘿蔔 ~2 Tbsp
煮熟藜麥 ~2 Tbsp
煮熟鷹嘴豆 ~2 Tbsp
煮熟花豆 ~2 Tbsp
# 花生沙拉醬
蒜頭 1 – 2 瓣, 切碎
薑, 切碎 1/2 tsp
醬油 1 - 2 tsp
楓糖漿 1.5 Tbs
米醋 2 tsp
白芝麻油 1/4 tsp
花生醬 1 Tbsp // 自製花生醬
溫熱水 1 Tbsp

#亂煮的蕃茄湯 (食材抓大概)
洋蔥 半顆
蒜頭 3 大瓣
紅蘿蔔 1 小條
芹菜 2 支
鹽 適量
蕃茄 2 大顆
高麗菜 1小把
水 適量
月桂葉 2 片
黑胡椒粉 少許
作法:用中火熱油鍋,把洋蔥和蒜頭炒香,再加入紅蘿蔔丁、芹菜丁、鹽拌炒 1 - 2 分鐘,再放入切塊蕃茄拌炒,最後放入高麗菜、水、月桂葉、黑胡椒粉,煮滾後加蓋小火煮約 20 分鐘。

1/4 white cabbage
1 small chunk red cabbage
~2 Tbsp stir-fried onion & carrot
~2 Tbsp cooked quinoa
~2 Tbsp cooked chickpeas
~2 Tbsp cooked pinto beans
For the Peanut Butter Salad Dressing
1 – 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1 - 2 tsp soy sauce
1.5 Tbs maple syrup
2 tsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp warm water
# Tomato Soup (roughly calculated)
1/2 a white onion
3 big cloves of garlic
1 small carrot
2 celery stalks
salt to taste
2 big tomato
A handful of white cabbage
Water
2 bay leaves
A few dashes of ground black pepper
