Tiệm nằm ở khu phố tây, ngoài ra thì bạn của anh J cũng rất hay đến mua bánh ở đây nữa, nên 2 đứa khá là tò mò 😕
Tiệm bánh nhỏ xinh, bước vào thơm nức mùi bánh. Hai đứa gọi hầu hết là bánh ngọt vs cà phê, có 1 bánh sandwich phô mai thịt nguội là đồ mặn thôi.
Phải nói là trừ hũ bánh quy scl ngon xuất sắc, giòn rụm tan trong miệng, còn lại không có cái gì đáng được cho điểm hết... 😪 Cà phê nhạt như nước lã có vị đắng🤨
Bánh sandwich sau khi C chọn, đc nhân viên cho thẳng vào cái lò nướng nguội lạnh, rồi mới vặn nhiệt lên 🙄 Y như rằng, phần viền cứng dày cộp, ko cắn nổi, đành phải xé hết phần giữa ra ăn. Eclair vỏ scl đen nhân cũng scl đen gây ngán, lại còn bị vị bột ăn như chưa nấu chín. Donut khá to vs giá 30k, nhưng ăn ngán vì bột nở không được xốp nhẹ mà nặng trịch, giống kiểu bánh nở chưa tới mà đã đem chiên.
Còn bánh gọi là Flan chocolate kia C ăn đúng 1 miếng rồi thôi luôn, gọi là flan kết cấu như một miếng cao su (xem video) 😵
Nếu có lần sau, 2 đứa sẽ chỉ mua bánh quy.

The bakery lies in the foreigner area, besides, J's friends went there a lot, so we're pretty curious 🤨
It was small and cute, smelled really nice. We ordered almost all of them were sweets, except the Ham & Cheese Sandwich.
We must say, that the chocolate chip cookies was amazing, but the other stuffs deserved no points at all... The coffee was so bland, just like some brown bitter water 😕
After I'd chose my sandwich, the cashier asked me if I wanted it hot, then she put it inside the cold oven, then turn the heat on 🙂 Yup, the sandwich came with a super unnecessary thick crust, so hard that I could only eat the middle part. The Eclair has chocolate filling and chocolate cover, too chocolatey, the filling even taste a little bit under-cooked. The Donut size was nice for 30k, but too dense and heavy, like it hadn't rised enough they'd had brought it to fry 😵
Last but not least, that thing called Chocolate Flan - we only ate then dump the whole thing. Called Flan but its texture was exactly like rubber... @ Le Bordeaux Bakery

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a classic French Chocolate Cake (Gâteau Au Chocolat).
Who doesn't love one bowl cake recipe, if we can make a delicious dessert quickly and easily, why not? Try this rich and soft, moist and fluffy Chocolate Cake.
If you are a chocolate lover. This is the one you’ve been dreaming of! We always look for some chocolate dessert to surprise my family and ourselves. Since we made it, the compliments continued. This cake is perfect to make for any holiday, even birthday, especially since the ingredients and tools required are simple and minimal.
This recipe idea is from Pierre Hermé, but we adjust the instructions a little bit to make it more simple. One bowl, minimal ingredients, and just follow this easy recipe, then you will get a fluffy, tender-moist chocolate cake! Enjoy. :)

How to make French Chocolate Cake
Gâteau Au Chocolat Recipe
📍 Cake Tin Size: A round cake tin, the diameter is 15cm/6”
✎ Ingredients
70% bittersweet chocolate 125g
unsalted butter 125g, cut into small cubes
granulated sugar 100g
all-purpose flour 35g
egg 2, medium size, room temperature
a pinch of salt
* more butter and flour to grease the cake tin
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the baking pan and flour the pan, then shake it around the edge, next invert the pan and tap out any excess flour.
2. Crack two eggs into a bowl, and whisk them slightly, set aside.
3. Use a knife and carefully shave off or chop the chocolate into small pieces.
4. Put the chocolate and butter into a large bowl, and place on top of a saucepan 1/3 full with simmering water over low heat, use the hot water bath to melt them. Once melted, remove from heat.
5. Add the sugar until perfectly amalgamated.
6. Add eggs in two batches, mix until the mixture is incorporated each time, then add the remaining egg, mix again until well combined.
7. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, mix until it disappears from the dough. but do not over mix.
8. Pour the batter into the pan, and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Preheat the oven to 180C, bake for 22~25 minutes. Once baked, take out the cake and place it on a wire rack, let it cool down.
10. You can lightly dust with powdered sugar, or pour the ganache evenly over the top, or even put some fruits or whipped cream as you like.

French hot chocolate is made by unsweetened chocolate and heavy cream or whole milk. It tastes luxurious and smooth, just image you’re drinking a cup of molten hot chocolate. In this video, we are going to share to you our homemade Parisian style hot chocolate recipe, but you’ll find some creative ideas to enjoy it. Hope you like it. :)

French Hot Chocolate Recipe
✎ Ingredients
whole milk 300ml
sugar 10g
70% bittersweet chocolate 70g
few drops of vanilla extract
cinnamon 1
cocoa powder 5g
a small amount of salt
mashmellow 2~3
✎ Instructions
1. Chop the 70g chocolate finely or as chunky as you desire. Set aside.
2. Use a knife or vegetable peeler to shave the rest of chocolate to flat, thin shavings.
3. Preheat the oven to 230°C, and bake marshmallows for 3 minutes until the top are slightly golden brown.
4. Add the cinnamon, few drops of vanilla extract and milk In a small saucepan over low heat until you can smell the flavor of cinnamon. It takes about 8 minutes.
5. Remove the cinnamon, add the cocoa powder, sugar and just a little bit of salt, stir constantly until all are dissolved.
6. Add chopped chocolate and until melted completely. Keep cooking for minutes until it’s thick as you like.
7. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
