It’s been awhile since I recorded a M.Y. MUSIC video for “Bao Bei”. These past few weeks have been a lot busier since I started teaching again. But, it feels good to be in the studio again with my students and to practice again with fellow yogis.
Today’s song is a song that I grew up with as a child. So, it really brings back memories of when I was a little girl. And hopefully, the little “Bao Bei” inside of me will enjoy listening to it!!!
