15分鐘後 就變成這個樣子了。
上次買的Cream Cheese剩一點點，做蛋糕又不夠，於是用了Cream Cheese Bun的配方，做牛角照型。
溫鮮奶 lukewarm milk 150ml+-
即溶酵母 instant yeast 5g / 1/2Tbsp
全蛋 whole egg 1 (50g+- per egg)
奶油乳酪 cream cheese 50g / 1/4cup
高筋面粉 bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g / 1/8cup
海鹽 sea salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp

These mochi are unbelievably soft! I wish there are squishy toys that have the same softness so I can squeeze them everyday 🍡 I personally liked the houjicha one more because there is red bean paste inside as well and I loved the tea & red bean combination. But who am I kidding, all their mochi are amazing 🤤 now if only they would deliver to Burlington 🤔
