因為我覺得我們每個人在這個遊戲中有一個不可缺少的角色～ 雖然有人時時刻刻害怕她做不到“我的標準”，但我也總是害怕我「作為領導者做得不夠好」🙃 但是妳們知道嗎，無論未來結果是什麼，我覺得都沒關係，因為總之「旅程本身就是目的地」👣 退一步看，我覺得如果我明天過世離開這世界的話，我會感到無怨無悔～ 因為我每天都「全力以赴」❤️ 我只希望身邊的人能看到這一點，而且也希望妳們可以不怕選擇對妳們自己最有意義的人生路，盡量說出活出妳們自己的夢想🍀 我會支持！🌸🌟

The teamwork makes the dream work. Or better, the teamwork IS the DREAM. At least to me... because when work gets tiring and stressful, i feel we’re in this together and we’re here to back each other up. Besides building cool stuff, I hope we all have FUN while we LEARN. We’re here to give each other chances to GROW. To try and FAIL and TRY again until we get it.

I never like to call the girls that I employ MY team - I’d rather call it ［OUR team］🔥
Because I feel that each of us has a purpose and place in the process, and while some are afraid of not meeting “my standards”, I am also always afraid of not doing good enough as a leader. But you know what, no matter what the results are, it doesn’t matter, cuz the journey itself is the destination. I could die today and feel no regrets, because I try my best to give my all, everyday. I just hope the girls can see that.
