不過主要是在講公司裡面的行銷及業務部門要怎麼跨部門合作可以讓公司的營收更好，行銷主要做的事情是長期及潛在的客戶經營或品牌的管理營運，業務部門則是負訂單的即刻銷售，都是公司很重要的部門，配合得好可以讓公司的行銷成本降低、銷售的循環更好。
