This cafe is my favourite Japanese cafe in HK! They recently introduced a series of Sakura season limited desserts!

✦ Sakura Millefeuille
The millefeuille looks so elegant, it’s made by flaky puff pastry, and layered with fresh custard & sakura cream.

✦ Sakura soufflé
Moist and fluffy! The sweetness is just perfect!

✦ Sakura Daifuku
A popular Japanese sweet, a soft and chewy mochi stuffed with a whole fresh strawberry inside🍓. The strawberry is juicy and sweet!

✦ Matcha Basque Burnt Cheesecake
I finally tried the super popular Basque Burnt Cheesecake! This cheesecake is mixed with matcha powder, with my favourite matcha flavour, this satisfied my two wishes in one go😍!

The cheesecake is super moist, creamy and smooth, it has a pudding-like texture. The taste of both cheese and matcha is rich, and the sweetness is just moderate.
The cheese cake has the matcha aroma 🍵, tastes so good!

Matcha and cheese are blended together to give a balanced and tasty flavor. Highly recommended to all matcha and cheese lovers!

For drinks, I highly recommended their black sesame latte, the black sesame taste is rich and just yummy!

Melonpan, Chocolate Croissant, Mochi Mochi Ring Sugar, Pancakes with Macadamia Nuts & Whipped Cream, Long Chocolate & Whipped Cream Bread and Fruits Sandwiches(strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, peach). Which bread do you want to eat? My No1 is Fruits Sandwiches, No2 is Pancakes with Macadamia Nuts & Whipped Cream, No3 is Long Chocolate & Whipped Cream Bread. I ate them with Starbucks Peach Milk and Peach Jelly.

Amabie style Hello Kitty Mocchiriyaki and Moomin Mochitto Custard. Amabie is a kind of Yokai Japanese folk monster who save people from epidemic(corona virus now). Both of them uses mochi image chewy dough. The difference is dough's thickness and cream. Hello Kitty sweets is thick dough and uses pudding flavored cream. Moomin sweets is thin dough and uses custard cream. They are yummy, but I like chewy dough, so I like Kitty sweets best. I drank Starbucks strawberry condensed milk latte. It's not bad, but If it's just strawberry condensed milk I like it more.
