👉 PHÁT ÂM:
1. Mình học Pronunciation sách + videos bài giảng từ thầy này. Lý do, vì thầy dùng chữ luôn ví dụ âm R S Z hoặc GH chứ ko có dùng phiên âm nên cá nhân mình, mình dễ nhét vào đầu hơn là mấy cái phiên âm mình khó nhớ lắm!

2. Mình xem phim Mỹ trên netflix, bạn nên mua account để vừa enjoy vừa học English luôn ạ.

Mình luôn sử dụng những cấu trúc câu
“which means” “If”, “which, who, that”...
Mình thấy mình ko dùng cấu trúc cao siêu thì cả như những người khác khuyên ví dụ như đảo ngữ. Thề , trong phòng thi run lắm không nhớ để xài vì mình sợ bị nghi ngờ là ấp úng ...

👉 TỪ VỰNG
Đây là cứu cánh của mình, lúc mình ôn IELTS thấy rất hoang mang vì từ vựng học càng học càng nhiều ...
Nhưng mình nghe review sách “Keywords for IELTS Advanced”
Mình chọn Advanced vì còn hai cuốn trước nữa nhưng nhiều quá mình học không hết. Bạn nào muốn học level thấp hơn thì search tiki giao nha. Mình có bản pdf ADVANCED lúc trước mình ôn ở đây:

Thêm vào đó, mình cũng học từ vựng theo chủ đề để áp dụng trong Speaking lẫn Writing từ bộ sách của thầy mình ( thầy cựu giám khảo) lý do là mình chẳng muốn mất 4750 đâu nên mind đầu tư hẳn học 2 skills đó với thầy rồi thầy chấm mình là chắc chắn đúng y chóc khi thi thật thôi.

📌 Nguồn Báo song ngữ:
Từ ngày đọc báo song ngữ mình cảm thấy vốn từ và hiểu biết tăng gấp đôi. Mình khá thích việc này vì làm vậy không bị ngán từ vựng. Ngoài báo Saigon Times hoặc tuoitrenews thì mình thích hai nguồn dưới đây do họ phân ra Topics á.

Mình xem trên coursera bài học về PRESENTATION SKILLS, HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR BOSS - để mình giải thích, lý do là vì xem giám khảo như sếp vậy đó, nên nếu biết cách cư xử ví dụ như suốt buổi mỗi khi thầy giám khảo nhìn mình mình đều CƯỜI, thể hiện sự thân thiện trong ánh mắt mặc dù thầy ấy Ignore mình haha nhưng mình chỉ mong điểm mình cao nên không để điều đó là tụt tâm trạng ấy!

This week I attempt to learn to speak German solely from Google Translate. By using a combination of Google Translate’s built-in speech pronunciation and the flashcard app Anki, I memorize a bunch of sentences in German in an efficient way with spaced repetition and then try and have a conversation in German with Anja from @Learn German with Anja. This was a super crazy language challenge that honestly changes my opinion on how to learn languages – totally nuts!

Today I’m talking with Luke Ranieri (@ScorpioMartianus) who literally speaks fluent Latin and conversational Ancient Greek. He’s part of a small community of speakers around the world who have kept the Latin language alive, even though as a native language of Ancient Rome it died out over a thousand years ago. For him, learning Latin is about the community but most importantly about accessing the huge body of literature, ancient and modern, written in Latin. It was really cool to hear him talk about the way that his ability to speak Latin has allowed him to empathize with ancient Roman literature at a much higher level.

We talked about what Latin sounded like and how he and people like him have accurately reconstructed the pronunciation — he’s not just making this stuff up! We also talked about learning Latin and the way Latin is taught in high schools in the U.S. and the U.K., and as you can imagine Luke certainly has a lot of thoughts about that! I studied Latin and Ancient Greek in high school and it was interesting to compare experiences with Luke.
