I hit the wall in training today. My legs died and along with that my mind got messed up too. Does it suck? Yes. Am I gonna beat myself over it? No.

I can name so many “excuses” to make myself feel better, but the truth is I bonked and that’s alright. We are human; we have off days.

It is exactly 2 weeks from Ironman 70.3 Danang, but am I affected or feeling bummed? Nah. I just wanted to go home and shower and eat. Pull the takeaways out of this pfffft session and then move on. There’s no point getting all miserable and sulking for the rest of the day, and affecting others around you with your negativity.

Life. It’s never gonna be smooth la, like my face and all the pimples when my period is coming. HAHA. I’m just glad I’m done with today’s training and I’m heading to Adventure Cove to play with my @rockrunnerssg committee. Whee! Train hard, play harder!! #weallhavebaddays #suckitupbuttercup
