最近喜歡這樣吃。
滷肉就不多說了，喜歡加顆太陽蛋。不知怎的，別人都說荷包蛋才好，但我就是不喜歡多反一下，看著紅澄澄的蛋黃，一晃一晃，格外誘人。中文叫太陽蛋，見字思義；英文是sunny side up，也不難明，反而日文有趣，稱作目玉焼き，進而讓我想起喜歡的鬼太郎裡的角色目玉おやじ。
其實煎顆蛋不難，不過網路看到煎蛋好像中了毒一樣，茶餐廳弄個三蛋飯也可以讚到人氣，每每看到都摸摸頭：「煎顆蛋很難嗎？」
說到蛋，日本蛋，意大利蛋，當然好，但貴。自從領展接管街市後，好處是街市多了家雞蛋專門店，有次店主介紹湖北蛋，夠香夠濃，一吃果真無誤，自此便成了主顧。＄10/8隻，最近漲到＄10/7隻，但還是依舊鍾情。
連滷肉連油連蛋黃一口氣吞下肚，三扒兩撥就吃光一大碗飯。放心，怕我不健康嗎？「沒膽」的我，給自己定了規矩，吃滷肉飯，只能配青菜，沒有別的了。（雖說青菜也用煸豬肉的豬油炒）
邊吃菜時，像吃藥一般，默念：「吃菜，是為了吃更多肉。」
P.S.說起來，最近想寫一篇關於家常清湯腩的二三事，可惜還沒拍到張滿意的照片，大家會想看這種雜文嗎？
