here's the bomb, I read the e-mail & one of the obstacles includes rope skipping. oh f*ck, i don't know how to.. but of course I'm not going to let this define me. Bought a skipping rope & started practicing.

the best training advice I can give is learn to SUFFER. It's the X-Factor to success. It's not the new pair of kicks, supplements nor how well equipped you are.

It's doing what you need to do, no matter how boring / un"insta-worthy" it is. It's checking your ego & spend hours working on things you sucked at over & over again, than working on that max lifts the 10x this week.

I understand tho, no one wants to suffer including me. I accepted it's a need in my daily mundane routine. As a society we're conditioned to fear suffering; let alone induce it on ourselves.

Suffering by choice isn't fun, sexy or easy. Whenever someone asked me how to achieve their goals, "learn to suffer" is what I'd love to tell.
