In usual Higher end or Michelin Star grade restaurants, or for an Omakase Course, you will get served the prestigious filet of Amadai 甘鯛 松笠焼き.. But we wanted the same effect, but from the Head piece instead for tonight’s drinks pairing... thanks Chefs for preparing!
• Aka Red Miso Soup. All these years, this has been one of my favourites in Hong Kong. The Sushi is decent rather than amazing, but in recent years they did switched to Akasu 赤酢 vinegar with the rice !

1) Teppanyaki Tiger King Prawns(铁板烧老虎虾)
Using the Freshest & Largest Tiger Prawns available, these prawns are cooked to perfection and topped with Wafu Butter Sauce (our special sauce for our Teppanyaki dishes)
2) Teppanyaki Hokkaido Scallops(铁板烧北海道带子)好吃!
Using only the largest & Freshest Hokkaido Scallops available, seared to perfection on the Teppan, topped with colourful capsicum and deep fried Burdock.
3) Teppanyaki Surimi Ika(铁板烧巨型乌贼)(很有嚼劲)
Imported Large Squid from Japan, comes with House Special Spicy Sauce which consist of a good mix of Chilli Padi, Garlic, Soy Sauce and Olive Oil
4) Teppanyaki Mixed Mushrooms(铁板烧3菇类)配饭一流!哈哈

5) Signature Maki(招牌翻卷)
A crowd favourite, this Maki (Sushi Roll) consist of Tempura Tiger Prawns in the centre, wrapped with rice, unagi, avocado and topped with special Cashew Nut Sauce and Tobiko.
6) Spaghetti Mentaiko(鳕鱼卵意大利面)味道很香!
This is a love or hate dish. Cod Fish Roe is used to marinate the Spaghetti before it is lightly fried on the hot teppan. Very rare dish in Malaysia but loved by many!
7) Gindara Saikyu (铁板烧鳕鱼)不得了!好吃到不得了!!!
8) Teppanyaki Yonezawa Wagyu(铁板烧日本和牛)很赞!!!
Using only the highest A-5 Grade Wagyu we can get, this dish is for ALL Wagyu Lovers! We are also generous with our serving of 150gm (minimum). With this special dish comes two special accompaniments such as the Chunky Wasabi and our Amazing Sauce!

10) Jules Maki(椰浆饭卷)
A VERY Malaysian taste to this Maki. Using local Sambal and Tempura Prawns, this dish taste like Nasi Lemak!
