名物 of Chicken Oyako & Curry Don 親子カレー丼 ¥1,000 inside Tsukiji market for breakfast. 【鳥藤 Toro Tou, Tsukiji Market, Tokyo】is one of the most famous poultry shops within Tsukiji, it started in Meiji 40 period or Year 1907 more than 1 Century ago, even preceding Tsukiji Market itself as a wholesaler of Chicken & Duck produce. This Oyako Chicken & Eggs, also Curry sauce rice with a Chicken soup is just ridiculously amazing in flavors, although expected. Am almost glad that absolutely no tourists will venture in to here as they just go for the sushi shops (Ginza & Kyobashi/Nihonbashi higher end Sushi Shops have a headache lol, joking 😬). But I am here in Tokyo mostly for Tsukiji again this round since I have fond memories here, and not sure which shops will continue on later this month & after Oct 2018, when some vendors move over to Toyosu 豊洲市場 side with so many unknowns ahead. Much like when the real Edomae merchants & vendors were forced to move to Tsukiji in the 1920-1930’s after a great earthquake nearer Nihonbashi side. A new epoch will begin but glad to witness this transition in my very short life 🐼 !
