常常人說巴黎街景百年不變，但昨晚吃完第六區「Au petit Swisse 小瑞士」餐館後，行經聖傑曼德佩這一帶以其拱門廊柱聞名古色古香的聖日爾曼市場（Marché Couvert Saint-Germain)，發現四方有一面廊柱整排被石磚填實變成牆！Orz...原本以為是要舉行什麼特殊表演活動？還是什麼藝術展要暫時性裝飾場地，但近看石磚疊砌的穩穩實實看來，這將是永久性的改觀?（驚）。
上網ㄧ查原本是Apple蘋果電腦將跨到左岸2016年春天將在這裡開設巴黎第三家占地廣達1300平方米的又一旗艦店Orz.....，這樣一來那原本市場裡巴黎傳統的地方美食攤、魚商、肉商、希臘、義大利、伊比利半島美食、東方香料...etc他們那裡去了呢？
工作完，跟朋友約在巴黎第六區盧森堡宮旁ㄧ家法國大革命期間開幕（1791年），頗有古早巴黎風的小餐館「Au Petit Suisse小瑞士」用餐。
鮪魚排非常鮮嫩美味，附菜是Tagliatelle義大利麵& 家常普羅旺斯燉菜ratatouille，法國友人點的是讓他稱讚不已肥美油封鴨腿（Confit de canard ），甜點是焦糖烤布蕾與用Mascarpone乳酪與覆盆子和Speculoos 餅乾製成的店內招牌甜點「小瑞士罐 Verrine de petit swisse」。
