B. Behind Neck Pull-ups x 2 sets x 5 reps
C. Pull-ups x 2 sets x 5 reps
D. Chin-ups x 2 sets x 5 reps
Superset
E1. 2-arms DB Chest Supported Row x 3 sets x 10 reps
E2. Cable Pressdown with Straight Arms x 3 sets x 12 reps
Superset
F1. T-bar Row x 3 sets x 10 reps
F2. DB Pullover x 3 sets x 12 reps
Finisher:
G1. DB Farmer's Walk
G2. Russian Twist x 30 reps
G3. Rowing x 20 reps
G4. Walking Plank
