[TAIPEI - 敬時里里 😋]
從兩年前開始一直想試這一間私廚但一直沒機會。母親節一家大小慶祝想找一個空間能夠家人安安靜靜吃飯的地方就想到這裡.....確實沒找錯地方。
是名副其實的私廚，每晚只做最多十人的一桌，從煮菜到上菜收盤碗只有一人Oli。 這裡地方真的就像家一樣，開放式廚房，地方空間很舒服。七道菜好吃不花巧，有餐廳水準卻有在朋友家吃飯的感覺。
最喜歡這裡是上菜的節奏。看到Oli一個人把每一道菜的準備和上菜的速度調得很好，沒有看到一般一人私廚的手忙腳亂。
如果喜歡輕鬆舒服的用餐感受，這裡是很好的選擇！
I have wanted to try this ‘real’ private kitchen since I heard about it two years ago. For Mother’s Day family dinner we want to go to a place that is not packed while we can have our own space to enjoy our dinner, this place came to mind and turned out to be a great choice.
This is a true private kitchen with one table serving maximum 10 people and from cooking to servicing it’s all handled by one person Oli.
This place is just like home with open kitchen, spacious and comfortable decor. The seven courses served were nothing fancy and tasty, with a quality comparable to going to a decent restaurant yet you still feel like eating at your friend’s home.
What I like most is the rhythm of the whole course. Unlike many ‘one man show’ private kitchen when I see the owner scrabbling to do many things and rushing all the time making me feel nervous for him/her, the pace that Oli prepares each course while servicing in between is controlled perfectly.
This is definitely a good place to have a relax and comfortable dinner.
