I feel a deep sense of pride to be able to share a Cantonese lullaby— while also sharing how music supports early childhood development.

The young children of today grow to be the leaders of tomorrow. Instilling in them the resources for emotional regulation and a sense of cultural awareness is a seed that we are planting for the world.
