思浩大談撈得多得罪高層！蝙蝠身上有病毒太監！(大家真瘋Show 2020)

中國疾控中心、中科院動物研究所與清華大學結構生物學高精尖創新中心，聯同海外學者發表論文指，經過系統性分析逾2萬個蝙蝠細胞基因後，發現一個新的病毒共同宿主基因MTHFD1，並指MTHFD1的抑制劑Carolacton，可有效抑制新冠狀病毒複製。論文認為，有關發現為人類對抗突發病毒流行打下基礎。

這份未經同行評審（Peer Review）的論文，題為「Orthogonal genome-wide screenings in bat cells identify MTHFD1 as a target of broad antiviral therapy」，今日上載到論文預印本網站BioRxiv網站。研究團隊通過分析2萬多個蝙蝠的基因，進行全面系統篩查，確定了數十個病毒複製所依賴的關鍵蝙蝠基因，並發現了一個共同的新宿主基因MTHFD1。

事實上，外界對於蝙蝠身上帶有多種致病病毒，但本身卻「百毒不侵」，一直感到好奇。中科院武漢病毒研究所研究員周鵬解釋指，這是因為蝙蝠體內保持了一定低量的干擾素，以致免疫系統不會對病毒出現過激反應。他說：「像人感染SARS等病毒最後會死於過度的炎症反應，但是蝙蝠的炎症反應和先天免疫不會過激，所以牠也不會受到損傷。」
