Cili Kering dipotong serong dan direndam dalam air panas
Telur
Mushroom Seasoning
Sos Tomato, Sos Cili dan Sos Tiram Adabi
Cara memasak:
1. Rebus kentang sehingga empuk dan potong kecil
2. Goreng tauhu sehingga keperang-perangan, angkat dan potong kecil
3. Goreng kulit dan kepala udang sampai garing dan toskan
4. Tumis sehingga garing udang, cili kering, bawang putih, bawang kecil dan kacang, kemudian toskan
5. Kisar halus bahan yang ditumis, masukkan air sedikit untuk dijadikan paste
6. Kisar kulit udang yang digoreng tadi sehingga halus kemudian tapis dan ambil air paste udang
7. Tumis semula bahan yang dikisar halus tadi dan masukkan air paste udang apabila tumisan sudah garing
8. Masukkan sos tiram, sos tomato dan sos cili lalu dikacau sebati
9. Masukkan 2 peket NuMee Gardenia dan gaul sebati (NuMee tak perlu dbasuh sebab sudah dipasteur)
10. Masukkan kobis, tauhu yang telah digoreng, sayur sawi, tomato dan kentang rebus
11. Masukkan pula fishcake yang telah dihiris dan telur
12. Masukkan taugeh dan gaul
13. Kemudian, taburkan mushroom seasoning
14. Gaul sebati semua bahan bersama api yang besar dan siap!

- Coconut Milk Rm1
- fist shrimp (I mixed with yellow and orange)

How to:
Punch Cilipadi, big chili, belacan, seulas red onion and grated coconut, Gaul all the ingredients with mangoes, Brazilian Spinach (Brazilian spinach if you want to slice it for small also can) shrimp fist, red onion and coconut milk... taste it with salt Aji sugar... no need to put asam because we have mangoes, Brazilian spinach doesn't need to be deep we make raw to taste the crispy.... easy not 😄... hopefully it will be useful for all 😘😘😘

Cara Penyediaan:
Mulakan dengan penyediaan bahan bahan. Seperti memotong daun kucai mengikut saiz yang di cadang. Basuh semua bahan bahan seperti sayur, kuey tiow & telur.
Mulakan dengan memanas minyak, dan goreng udang sehingga separuh masak. Lebih kurang selama seminit. Selesai menggoreng udang, pecahkan telur dan kacau sehingga hancur.
Seterusnya, letak satu sudu Sambal Ketuk Sambaleena dan campurkan ke dalam telur tadi dan gaul hingga sebati.
Setelah sebati, campur kan kuey tiow ke dalam kuali dan gaul hingga sebati. Pastikan jumlah sambal dan kuey tiow seimbang. Selepas itu, letakkan kicap manis dan sos cili. Gaul hingga sebati.

2 bahagian dada ayam (tak perlu potong)

15 cawan cawan air
Bahan - bahan yang perlu di celur
1 paket fish ball
1 paket fish cat
1 genggam taugeh
1 paket enoki mushroom (bahan tambahan, tiada pun tak mengapa)
1 paket white crab mushroom (bahan tambahan, tiada pun tak mengapa)
5 batang sawi (bahan tambahan, tiada pun tak mengapa)
Bahan-bahan Goreng
lobak masin hancur
1 paket sayur ikan pucuk
Bahan-bahan lain
Cili banjir merah
kicap cair
