常說咳嗽有分寒咳、熱咳,不少人以為白天多咳嗽屬熱咳,晚上多咳嗽屬寒咳,其實不對,以痰的形態及伴隨症狀來分辨更為準確,如果咳嗽聲音短促,痰色黃而濃稠,伴隨症狀有喉嚨乾痛、口渴、易出汗、小便偏黃等,中醫視之為風熱咳嗽,多由感受風熱或暑熱引起,治療方法為清熱瀉火、化痰止咳,適量食用有清熱功效的食材,如羅漢果、白蘿蔔、梨子、菊花等;避免食用性熱上火、滋膩溫補的食物,如荔枝、龍眼、桃、生薑、胡椒、人參、煎炸或辛辣等食物。風熱感冒、煙酒過多以致痰多咳嗽人士,都可以飲用羅漢果雪梨茶,紓緩咳嗽症狀,情況持續宜就醫治理。
羅漢果雪梨茶
功效:清熱潤肺、化痰止咳,適合陰虛、濕熱體質及有偏熱症狀人士飲用。
材料:羅漢果半個、雪梨1個
做法:
1. 將羅漢果洗淨切半;雪梨去皮去芯切大塊備用。
2. 準備800-1000毫升水,加入所有材料,武火煮滾後轉文火煮20分鐘即可。煮好後可倒進保溫瓶反覆沖泡至味淡。建議連續飲用1-2天。

People often think coughs are either categorized as heat related, which happens during the day, or cold related, which happens at night. This is actually a misconception. To differentiate them, it is better to assess the condition of the phlegm and the accompanying symptoms.
If the cough is short and comes with thick yellow phlegm, and it has accompanying symptoms such as dry and sore throat, constantly feeling thirsty, excessive sweating, and yellow urine, Chinese Medicine practitioner will treat it as the heat related type and view wind-heat or summer-heat as the causes.
In order to relieve a cough that is caused by heat, it is important to clear the heat and phlegm. Consume an appropriate amount of ingredients such as monk fruit, white radish, pear, and chrysanthemum. Avoid eating food that can accumulate heat, warm in nature and overly nourishing such as lychee, longa, peach, ginger, pepper, ginseng, and fried and spicy food.
Individuals who cough due to wind-heat, as well as those with excessive phlegm due to excessive smoking and drinking, can drink tea made from monk fruit and pear to relieve the condition. If the condition persists, consult doctors for medical advice.
Monk fruit and pear tea
Effects: Clears heat and moistens the lung, reduces phlegm and relieves coughing. Suitable for those with yin deficiency and damp heat body types and also those with heat-related symptoms.
Ingredients: 1/2 monk fruit, 1 pear
Instructions:
1. Rinse the monk fruit and cut into half. Peel and core the pear and cut into large pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 800-1000ml of water, cook on high heat until boiling. Then switch to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. Pour everything into thermos and the drink can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. Suggested to drink for 1-2 days.

Sau triển lãm tranh đầu tay ‘Vùng Mơ' được giám tuyển bởi GốcCreation, Hứa Vĩ Văn trở lại với tác phẩm, nguồn cảm hứng và chất liệu mới. Trong khuôn khổ chương trình nghệ thuật Art Resider nhằm cung cấp không gian thực hành, sáng tạo và trưng bày cho nghệ sĩ đa ngành, Hứa Vĩ Văn “lưu trú" tại không gian làm việc Toong và trực tiếp kiến tạo tác phẩm trước công chúng. Kết quả là tác phẩm ‘Vùng Yên | Night Irene’, được trưng bày và đấu giá kín từ ngày 07-15/05/2021, tại 188 Võ Thị Sáu. Mọi lợi nhuận từ việc bán tranh sẽ được quyên góp tới các chiến sĩ vùng biên giới, góp phần phòng chống đại dịch Covid-19.
\ Giới thiệu tác phẩm:
Tác phẩm tranh đa chất liệu ‘Vùng Yên | Night Irene' được lấy cảm hứng từ hòn đảo Santorini, Hy Lạp - nơi chốn đại diện cho sự bình yên trong tâm thức. Hứa Vĩ Văn thử nghiệm với chất liệu màu acrylic, ốc và sao biển, được gắn lên tranh với bột dính, keo và lớp phủ bóng. Dù anh hoàn thiện tác phẩm tại không gian làm việc Toong 188 Võ Thị Sáu chỉ trong vài ngày, Hứa Vĩ Văn đã dành một thời gian dài để thử nghiệm tại studio cá nhân để tìm được một quy trình vẽ chỉn chu và tự nhiên nhất.
Nhìn vào tác phẩm, chúng ta có thể thấy ba phần hiển hiện: trời, biển, đất. Trong đó, ốc và sao biển đại diện cho những sinh vật bình dị và vô danh, nhưng lại có vai trò lớn lao với thiên nhiên và sự sống bền vững của con người. Đặc biệt, khi vấn đề sao biển bị phá hoại bởi khách du lịch đang được dấy lên mạnh mẽ, tác phẩm ‘Vùng Yên’ phần nào trở thành một lời gợi nhắc đậm chất thơ.

After the debut exhibition 'Dreamland' curated by GocCreation, Hua Vi Van returns with new artwork - new inspiration and materials. Within the scope of the Art Resider program - which aims to provide space and support for the practice of multidisciplinary artists, Hua Vi Van "resides" at Toong workplace and directly creates in front of the public audience. The resulting artwork - 'Night Irene' - will be on display and closed auction from May 8th - May 15th, 2021, at 188 Vo Thi Sau. All profits from the sale of the painting will go to Vietnamese soldiers in the border areas, contributing to the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic.
\ Artwork description:
Mix media painting ‘Night Irene' is inspired by the island of Santorini, Greece - a place that represents the artist's peace of mind. Hua Vi Van experimented with acrylic, sea snail shells and starfish, which were attached to the painting with sticky powder and glue, finishing with a glossy coating. Although he perfected his work at Toong 188 Vo Thi Sau workspace in just a few days, Hua Vi Van spent a long time experimenting at his personal studio to find the most natural and thorough drawing process.
Looking at the artwork, we can see three parts manifest: sky, sea, earth. In it, the shells and starfish represent simple and anonymous creatures, which in turn have a great role in nature and immense impact on sustainable human life. In particular, when the issue of starfish being damaged by tourists is being strongly raised, ‘Night Irene', to a certain extent, becomes a poetic reminder.
\Charity auction:
Audiences who visit ‘Night Irene' can participate in the auction, detailed instructions will be specified at the venue. All of the profits will be used to provide necessities for Vietnamese soldiers in the border areas such as masks, tea, coffee, food, ...
Notice: Toong 188 Vo Thi Sau space will limit up to 20 visitors per turn. All visitors and support staff should wear masks. We will assist you in measuring body temperature and hand-sanitizing at the door.

How to make Matcha Ice Cream
☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before
✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre, 今天的『食不相瞞』要跟大家分享一款不需要冰淇淋機,自己在家就可以輕鬆又快速完成的抹茶冰淇淋,好吃程度完全不輸給市售貴鬆鬆的高級冰淇淋喔。
夏天是享用冰品的季節,過去曾動念想添購一台冰淇淋機,但評估到最後通常是凍箱客滿沒地方塞冰膽、以及冰膽容量太小只能做少量,然後想到一年365天會使用機器的頻率,就直接打消念頭了。
幸好還是有很多不用靠機器的做法,像這次我們要跟大家分享的手工冰淇淋食譜,算是目前為止做過最輕鬆、材料最簡單(只有四種)、口感質地意外地濃郁滑順且無冰晶,你能想像它操作起來只要20-30分鐘、然後就交給冷凍庫,而且全程不用開火煮醬汁,不用等它慢慢冷卻,也不用在冰凍的過程反覆攪打,這簡直太神奇了。
用這個方法自製冰淇淋,可以變化出數十種口味,例如加入即溶咖啡的咖啡口味、加入Oero餅乾變成淇淋巧酥口味、加入切小塊的巧克力變成巧克力口味、加入水果變成水果口味等等,請大家盡情發揮想像力,動手做出你最喜歡的手工冰淇淋。

抹茶冰淇淋 怎麼作呢?
下面是 抹茶冰淇淋 的做法與食譜:
☞ 冰淇淋容器:800ml
☞ 建議提前將金屬打發盆冰凍
✎ 材料 Ingredients
打發用鮮奶油 250g
煉乳 170g
牛奶 50g
抹茶粉 15g
✎ 做法 Instructions
1. 將抹茶粉過篩
2. 用牛奶將抹茶粉調勻
3. 在搽茶糊裡加入煉乳,充份的混合均勻,如果有太多結塊,可以用網目適中 (不要太細) 的篩網過濾
4. 將鮮奶油倒入事先冰凍數小時的金屬打發盆 (夏天一定要冰盆),以中高速打到鮮奶油接近硬性發泡,若無法冰盆,也可以在盆底墊更大冰水盆或冰敷袋。
🍦 由於鮮奶油中沒有加糖,所以打發起來比較沒有光澤,尖勾也比較不明顯,要留意不要打過頭
5. 拌入事先調好的煉乳抹茶醬,用攪拌機以中低速充滿攪勻
6. 把完成的冰淇淋糊倒入金屬的容器中,冷凍 4-6 小時
7. 剛取出的冰淇淋會很硬不好挖,享用前可以把冰淇淋放在冷藏庫5-10分鐘,比較好挖

Maritozzi are gorgeous and delicious Italian cream buns. It's a kind of soft and light brioche style bun which is sliced in half, then filled with whipped cream! You can easy to get one in Rome's pastry shops or coffee shops. Usually people enjoy it with coffee for breakfast. Or even for afternoon tea.
Maritozzi buns are originally found in the Lazio region in Rome and date back to the Middle Ages. They're made with yeast, flour, egg, sugar, butter, honey, salt, and orange zest. There is a tradition that a boyfriend or future husband gives his lover these sweet cream buns as a sign of his love, or hides a ring inside the bun. So romantic. How to make Maritozzi Con La Panna
Maritozzi Con La Panna Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 5
✎ Ingredients
bread flour 167g
unsalted butter 25g
granulated sugar 27g
medium egg 2
instant yeast 2.2g
salt 2.3g
honey 7g
an half orange zest
milk 45g
✎ Instructions
1. In a large bowl, add milk (room temp), a teaspoon of the total quantity of sugar and instant yeast and 15g of the total quantity of flour together, mix well to create a smooth paste. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
2. Then add egg mixture, the remaining of sugar, honey and orange zest into the bowl, mix to combine.
3. Add the remaining of flour and salt, combine the ingredients, incorporating the flour bit by bit.
4. Transfer the dough to the work surface, the dough will be sticky but try not to add too much flour, a little is fine, just knead until it becomes a ball, it should come together nicely. You can use a scraper to collect the dough.
5. Add the softened butter, press the dough out in a way on the work surface to help blending the ingredients together, then scrape the dough back into the center, and continue to press the dough again until fully incorporated.
6. Next, use the slap and fold method to knead the dough, just pick up the dough and slap it down, then fold it over, and repeat again, until the dough is smooth and soft. You can also use a mixer for this procedure.
7. Place the dough ball in a bowl and cover with a plastic wrap in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
8. Turn the dough onto a work surface. Divide the dough into pieces of 55g for each. Degas them gently, rolling each bun into a small round shape. Place them one by one onto a baking sheet with baking paper. Cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap loosely, let them rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
9. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 200ºC, brush the maritozzo with an egg wash and bake for about 12~14 mins, or until golden on top.
10. Once baked, let the buns cool completely.
11. Cut the bread in half without cutting through. Open slightly and fill with fresh whipped cream, and dust with icing sugar.
12. Enjoy.
