When it comes to skincare regimen, I like to keep things simple and effective. Just like my workout! 😆I’ve been using the SKIN1004 Centella range for about two weeks and I’m loving it. If I have to pick a favourite from this range, it would be this!

Soothing Cream - The cream is brown in colour and has a lightweight consistency. Apart from Centella, it also contains 4 types of plant based ceramides which helps with soothing, hydrating and keeping the skin barrier healthy. It absorbs quickly and gives a nice cooling sensation.

This little girl was 2 years old. She felt blessed even though her family was poor. She was loved even though her parents were always fighting. She was confident because her mama never failed to remind her that she can achieve anything she sets mind on.✨

But when her mama passed away 11 years later, she was lost. She lost confidence. She wished that she was smarter, prettier, more popular, and rich like some of her school mates.

There were lots of twists and turns in her life. She started modelling at 16 to support herself, hosted a music chart show 📺, met some pretty shady people in the entertainment business, packed up her life and moved countries twice ✈️ , failed and lost money in her first business.

But today, she’s a mother of 3 beautiful children, wife to a loving husband, an author ✍️, leading 4 businesses and she’s a mentor to other women-entrepreneurs.

I could identify with her because #ThisLittleGirlIsMe. I have never regained the full confidence. I still have imposter syndrome from time to time. But I know I am loved and I am blessed.

I am who I am today because despite the fear and the absence of confidence, I forged ahead and stayed true to who I am.

Pancakes 🥞 made with love ❤ for our dearest Jiejie!

In wanting to show their love and support for the big sister who is in the midst of PSLE, these two decided to whip up some yummy pancakes - in heart shapes no less! They decided to add blueberries and strawberries as toppings since the sister loves them and finished by drizzling maple syrup over the pancakes. Yummy! It was a simple but heartwarming meal that all of us enjoyed making and eating.

【無聲的嘆息 The Silent Sigh】I wrote this song about 18 months ago, 4 months after my breakup, never had the chance to post it because I was practicing my singing part, never nailed it so bailed it.
For those of you who don't know me well, including my close ones. I have been through 7 relationships, which means I fell in love 7 times. Every time I go through a breakup I repost this "People come and go, most of them just walk by. Life moves on. But some day I wish just one will stop by. Then, life goes on."

I don't stop. I don't stop working, I don't stop learning, I don't stop loving. I will always love hard and always harder. Love myself, love my family, friends. Love everyone, love those whom do not feel, love those who temp me to fall the most. For love has no limit, and knows no boundaries.

We’ve all done things in the past we’re not proud of. The best way for us to heal is to accept ourselves- every flaw and moment we’ve been ashamed of to learn to let go of those emotions to truly be happy.

Everyone has a story of their own & this one’s mine. I went through a lot as a child from learning how to cope with the death of my brother, sleeping in cars because we were either homeless or moving from place to place, and leaving my parents to have a better life.

I’ve learned that life moves on, either with or without you - so learn to live life happily, wholeheartedly. Work on yourself and learn to really love yourself by accepting who you were born to be.

I had this long-distance relationship 2 years ago and it was one of my happiest and also the most depressing time of my life. He was there for me the whole time and the only way we could connect was a simple call every single night before bed. I would tell him about my day, all the little things that made me happy or sad. It was usually sad. I would cry every night without knowing why and he would just be there on the phone, listening.

I think I relate this song to my mum the most. She's in Thailand right and I haven't seen her for about 8 months.
