We did it! My 2nd Women’s 💯, this time we started at Tsuen Wan West - Castle Peak Road - Harrow School - Sheung Shui for tofu dessert - Bride’s Pool🍦 - Tai Wai - Sham Shui Po Cafe Sausalito ☕️. We made it to all checkpoints ✔️!

First time riding 115km 🥵! The section from Tai Wai to SSP was painful ... literally. My heart says ride but my legs gave up 😭. Then I couldn’t help crying but the skies cried with me - also first time riding in pouring rain 🌧! I cried but I know I won’t stop! So finally we all made it in one piece 🥳. Thank you JJ and CCN for your support during my toughest times.

Consistency with training is key! Crying is okay and actually helps release emotions, just don’t give up! Thank you all for a wonderful day. Finally made it to the initial D tofu shop 🤍 !

For this month’s lottery, we plan to sell the KENNYSWORK x INSTINCTOY ICE EROSION MOLLY 3rd color "Glacial Queen".

This latest color version, which will be released around two years after the 2nd color, is inspired by an image of an “Ice Queen”. The crown is made of clear phosphorescent soft vinyl, and for the body ice crystal glitter was mixed into the material. This time again, the release takes place one year after the initial announcement.

We will start accepting applications for this month’s lottery sales on April 18th (Sat). We will introduce the available products on our blog at the same time as we start accepting applications. We kindly ask for your patience until then. We hope you are already looking forward to the new products this month.

距上次推出已經有約兩年之久，這是推出的最新色以『冰之女王』為主題設計配色。皇冠以透明基底成型，身體中以透明並混合了冰霜造型的亮粉製成。這次也是精心製作，距上次發表以來經過了一年終於正式推出！

在4月18日（六），以抽選方式開放報名參加。商品的詳細資訊，將在報名開放同時一起由網誌做介紹。請耐心等候我們更新。敬請期待。

It's been long time I never participate in trail running races. I am very happy that I will be running MMTF 10km in December. Here's the information of the 10km race! Looking forward to run this race and see you guys there :)

TNF MALAYSIA MOUNTAIN TRAIL FESTIVAL 2019 - 10KM ROUTE

START TIME : 07.00 AM (15.12.2019)
COT : 3 HOURS

With less than 4 days before the 'early bird' make its way home, we are please to release the route fly-by contributed by Pelari Denai which we received early this morning.

This is the new version of "Freshman" run which we believe is much suited for those who are new to trail running and those going for a personal best timing for a 10KM trail race.

The route consist of 3 climbs (75-150m each) which will give runners a total of 350m elevation gain over 10KM. Its a very runnable course and will take every runners through Terowong 1 (T1) which is a 600m length old railway tunnel constructed right after the 2nd World War. Try locate T1 in the attached video as its located on the left side of the new tunnel.

For runners in the 25KM, 50KM and 84KM, do take note that the initial 90% of this route will be the 1st 9KM of your respective distances.

We are please to announce that our ambassadors, Soh Wai Ching - Athlete and Ahirine Ahirudin will be running the 10KM race.

We will also disclose the final design of the event tee in coming days as the team at TNF are busy putting in the final touches.
