When the city is full of corrupts and dictators,we do really need a dramatic example that can shake people out of apathy.
Now, the young generation in Hong Kong is trying to help the city to get a better future. They stand up for what is right and say no to what is wrong. Some men may just say we are too naive to start the fight and too stupid to break the peace. But this "peace"was never what people want. They know that and no one said or did nothing. They were just standing aside and watch the world burn. I do understand some men just want to watch the world burn. However, what chance can we have if everyone just do nothing?
Seeing what really had happened in Hong Kong, I can assure you that people are ready to believe in good. They do believe that they have the ability to change the world. They are not worrying about themselves. They are worrying about each others. It is the most beautiful thing i have seen in years.
I do believe in humans. I do have faith on them. Even some men are stupid enough to say that the protest is none of their businesses. Still, we have to fight for them. I know it may sound stupid. But we need to prove that they were wrong. We need to let everyone know that we can succeed in changing the world. You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Now there is a chance. A chance that we can finally help each others. A chance to inspire everyone. A chance to change the world.We do not have to die fighting. But we need to die trying.
For those who just stepped aside: maybe you like the world running this way. But when the time comes and you don't give a helping hand to the ones who needed it, you will be the ones who regrets most. You will be the ones who wonder why you can't get any help when it comes for you.
