Have you heard about the concept of the 5 love languages? Developed in his book by the doctor Gary Chapman, this concept was such an important discovery I had few years ago, allowing me to improve my vision of relationships, helping me to have a better understanding of myself and which totally changed my perspective of LOVE.�Humans are complex and love is a complicated concept. But learning more about our emotional needs and our partner’s, can definitely help to maintain healthy boundaries.
