英國的慶祝聖誕習俗和歐洲不一樣，是25日中午吃團圓大餐的（dinner這個字不一定都是指晚上那頓餐）。聖誕節早上起床後先拆禮物，通常是有小孩的家庭，小孩等不及，起床就開始拆聖誕襪裡的小禮物；有些家庭是午餐後拆禮物，無論何時拆禮物，大吃大喝一頓之後下午三點準時收看女王的電視演講，然後再繼續大吃大喝、看老掉牙的重播影集，度過無聊（誤誤誤！）愉快而有意義的聖誕節。所以，聖誕節商店不開、公車不開，好成全大家待在家裡做這個年度儀式。
如果你是誤闖倫敦的觀光客，聖誕節這天可以幹嘛呢？參考一下time out的建議：
1. 到海德公園的蛇形湖看Serpentine Swimming Club會員年度晨泳，今年是第ㄓ153屆。(好有運動精神！）
2. 想自己下水游的Hampton Pool 泳池照常開放。
3. （Winter Wonderland 沒開）改到北倫敦的JW3 遊樂中心溜小孩。
4. 想要參觀室內展示活動嗎？皮卡底里圓環邊的「信不信由你」展覽館（Ripley's Believe It Or Not!）照常開放。（去年還有狄更斯博物館這種研究與教育為根底的博物館，今年只剩這種刺激感官的娛樂館花得起雙倍工資營業了）。
5.趁著路上沒車欣賞聖誕街燈（跑道路中間照相不必擔心危險）。
6.到（五星級飯店附設的）頂級餐廳吃聖誕大餐（另一個付得起雙倍工資的營業場所）。
7.城市健行消化火雞肉和聖誕布丁（我覺得市中心百貨公司聖誕櫥窗之旅、或是公園之旅都是不錯的主題，或是去逛住處附近非基督宗教信仰的族裔社區也是不錯的時機，走累了還是有家庭經營的cafe可以歇息）。

by then = cho đến lúc đó (dùng cho cả QK và TL)

by the way = một cách tình cờ, ngẫu nhiên
by the way = by the by = nhân đây, nhân tiện
by far + so sánh (thường là so sánh bậc nhất)=>dùng để nhấn mạnh

Chú ý: 2 thành ngữ trên tương đương với presently nhưng presently se khác nhau về nghĩa nếu nó
đứng ở các vị trí khác nhau trong câu:
Sentence + presently (= soon): ngay tức thì ( She will be here presently/soon)
Presently + sentence (= Afterward/ and then) : ngay sau đó (Presently, I heard her leave the room)
S + to be + presently + Ving = at present/ at the moment ( He is presently working toward his Ph.D degree)

At/in/on thường được không dùng trong các thành ngữ chỉ thời gian khi có mặt: next, last, this, that,

At + địa điểm : at the center of the building
At + những địa điểm lớn (khi xem nó như một nơi trung chuyển hoặc gặp gỡ): The plane stopped 1

At + tên các toà nhà lớn (khi xem như 1 hành động sẽ xảy ra ở đó chứ không đề cập đến toà nhà) :

At + tên riêng các tổ chức: She works at Legal & General Insurence.
At + tên riêng nơi các trường sở hoặc khu vực đại học: She is studying at the London school of

for good = forever: vĩnh viễn, mãi mãi

Thought i'd pick up the camera to vlog some random bits the other day. Conrad's Water Rower finally arrived, it was my Christmas present to him as i knew he had done some research and was eyeing it. It should honestly be a motivator for me to get on too! haha. Also revealing something different from Fendi and the sickest pair of white boots! Also hope you enjoy seeing some of the cringe outfits from when i was taking outfit photos in high school! Some of them are honestly soooo embarrassing. :P
I get comments sometimes asking me to share more cooking recipes, I cant stress enough, i really am not someone that spends a lot of time in the kitchen so my recipes are minimal and super easy ahahaah, but since some of you seem to enjoy the cooking, ill do what i can. :P

Merry Belated Christmas and Happy New Year! Hope everyone had great celebrations and ready for a new decade! Thank you for continuing to support my channel. I really appreciate you all.
I haven't filmed very much past few weeks as i've been concentrating on spending time with friends, flying back home, catching up with family/ friends here and getting over jet lag. Finally i've managed to put this video together of random clips i had taken over the past 2 weeks celebrating Christmas in London, sharing what my friends got me for Christmas as well as what i got myself. I pulled out my camera to film a bit of pack with me and my plane ride home, it was my first time on the Airbus A380-800 jet suites!
