【3月29日】英國進入夏令時！與馬來西亞🇲🇾香港🇭🇰中國時差7小時！
3月29日淩晨1點，時間會神奇地從00:59直接變成02:00，英國與國內的時差由8小時變爲7小時！英國的冬令時就要結束了，天黑的更加晚了，大家記得到時候把手表往前撥一個小時哦。至于聯網的手機、電腦、平板都會自動時間變更。
但是，很遺憾的是，英媒昨天報道，由于疫情的影響，全英各地需手動調鍾的教堂、政府廳等等很多都被迫延續顯示冬令時時間。Wakefield, Featherstone, Pontefract等地已經確認鍾樓不會調整。
那英國爲什麽會有冬令時和夏令時呢？
來到英國都會發現，每年這裏夏天和冬天都會換兩次時間，弄得很多人特別混亂，尤其是還有兩個日子要記著，其實呢，這都是British Summer Time惹的禍。
大家都應該聽說過Greenwich Mean Time （GMT，中文叫做格林威治標准時間），指的就是倫敦格林威治公園裏天文台的標准時間。現在世界上的時間都是以格林威治天文台的時間爲標准的，格林威治公園裏的天文台有一個標准時間的劃分線，所以當我們在電腦或者手機上調時差的時候，倫敦顯示時區爲0，稱爲中央時區（也顯示爲UTC-Coordinated Universal Time，中文叫做世界標准時間），咱們中國的則是GMT+8，東八區。世界上一共有24個時區。
天文台，它位于倫敦格林威治公園內，在倫敦的東南部，乘坐Dockland Light Railway即可到達。這個天文台叫做Royal Greenwich Observatory，坐落在山坡上，俯視泰晤士河，景色宜人。居住10年之久，不得不承認一部分原因就是這片皇家公園。
英國每年要調兩次時間，英國應該是零時區，但每年夏天的時候，英國都要把時間往前調一個小時，變成了+1，就有了British Summer Time（BST - 英國夏令時）。英國人爲什麽這麽麻煩，還要換時間呀？
英國的夏令時是在1916年由建築工William Willett提出的，但那個時候他提議提前的時間和時段都和現在不同。
1940年二戰期間，英國全年一直都按著夏令時的時間走的，冬天的時候並沒有再變回來，一直持續到1945年的夏天結束。
而現在我們所經曆的夏令時是在2002年正式出台的。夏令時，又稱作Daylight Saving Times（DST），是爲了節省能源而人爲規定的時間制度，夏天天亮的早，所以大家早起一個小時，就能多享受日光，從而減少用電量。而且在英國夏天這麽做，也可以推動旅遊業。冬天晚起一個小時，早上就能將將趕上天亮，但冬天的英國黑天黑的實在太早了，下午4點感覺天就要黑了。
除了英國以外，世界上還有超過100個國家也在實行夏令時。每年英國夏令時從3月的最後一個周日淩晨1點開始生效，一直到10月的最後一個周日淩晨1點恢複爲零時區。
