We celebrated Halloween with a bang at the media preview of SpookyTown: The Lost Carnival at KidZania Singapore last night!

I was half hoping that it wouldn't be too scary as I knew my toddler might freak out a little, yet I was also hoping that the spook factor would still be there as my girls love a thrill and hey, it is Halloween after all!

The theme of SpookyTown turned out to be perfect for them after all because they loved the plot and were eager to help Mayor Fabiola solve the mystery of her disappearing citizens while uncovering the reason behind the explosion caused by Dr SpookZ.

The ambience in KidZania was great and I loved how the 'monsters' - from cute ones like candy floss and popcorn to spookier ones like clown and wind up doll - were roaming around the city the entire night. Thumbs up for all the decor (can you spot a Halloween ambulance), costumes, makeup and first class acting by the staff, I must say we were really impressed! 👍

For the first time, it truly felt like Halloween in KidZania, especially with the haunted house (don't miss this, it's the highlight!), trick-or-treat alley, storytelling, Halloween themed carnival games (my kids loved them!), spooky dances and monster parades.👻

Scary but not too scary for the little ones, SpookyTown definitely offers lots of fun for the whole family and it will be a Halloween night to remember. Don't forget to dress up and you might win attractive prizes, or at least take lots of pictures for precious keepsake!

SpookyTown: The Lost Carnival takes place on 26-28 Oct and 2-6 Nov from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Don't miss it and happy Halloween, folks! 🎃
