Kyujuku Island Oyster steamed with Sake 長崎県 九十九島牡蠣の酒蒸し! This was so huge even after cooking... Apparently this is a 真牡蠣 DNA, but it was as big as some 岩牡蠣.
And another surprising thing is that when I was in three different cities in Nagasaki prefecture, surprisingly I didn’t notice shops selling 対馬産 or 松浦 穴子 Anago, even if I am literally next to them.. but I see them exported everywhere when in Fukuoka or Tokyo more 🤔
