我的想法裡 英文就是種語言
不單只是某些國家的母語
也是一種聲音的呈現
一種歌聲的音色
我喜歡使用的音色
如同披薩包子義大利麵
就是種料理
不只被歸屬於哪個國家的主食
也許源起終究只有一個絕對
但我在這裡所說的是一種客觀地廣泛地使用中
音樂上 我持續抱持著半試驗的心態
排除慣用的正規音頻豪華音場來製作解答
要如何能不正確的好聽？
像一件破褲 該怎麼缺才全？
也許越來越活得自我了
不怕可能會孤芳自賞
也沒打算創造出什麼獨特的高處不勝寒
只是讓自己做出習慣以外的選擇
活像個青少年
為了不一樣而不一樣 😂
但差別在 不是為了與他人不同 只是為了離開自己
歌詞的部分其實有點廢
我喜歡這次創造出的衝突感
看似開朗律動之下的意念負載了不屑一顧
大概前陣子看多了Netflix
漢納的遺言 去X的世界末日 怪奇物語
都有著自我的概念節奏
即使闡述了迥異情緒
唯一相同的都是坦然的面對
在這首歌裡 不知道你聽了會獲得些什麼
但我得到了一個出口

So I decided make my third single with all English lyrics. To me, Elnglish is more than just a language, but also a sound, a tone, a tone I like to use in my music. Every language delivers its unique tonal vibe.
I’ve been so used to producing pop music with prosper industry standards, knowing what to expect of the final product from the star. Not trying to break new ground or anything, but I purposely make choices that I wouldn’t make just for the sake of leaving myself behind. Not worrying about radio-friendly-ness, just purely what I feel at the moment. Pretty self-centered approach I know.
Lyrically this song appears like a downer and I like how it ironically conflicts with the lively-ness of music. This may be a result of consuming too much of those Netflix moody dark contents.
I’m not sure what you will get out of this new single, but I know I got my fix.
