The remarkable thing is that ′′ the growth of the application of the enrollment is not stopping maybe it will finally be about 5000 people.
When I was in the middle of Corona, I held a 1 million online lecture twice, but it looks like it's going to be a scale lecture that will continue there.
I would like to talk about how to deliver things and how to get involved in people based on my own case.

Thank you for your kind support.
So I want to enter the chase, but today I would like to talk to you with the theme of ′′ people who leave it to emotions and put a complaint and reduce their share,"
I think it's better to talk to you with a specific example, so i want to talk to you from the angle, but I'm not completely following it, so I'd like to wait for the official announcement of the accurate information, but every year, 5 days in a row at the end of the year, we are having a music festival called ′′ Genius Expo ′′
I'm not a performer, but as a customer, I'm going to have a attendance award from the beginning of the festival.
Every year, I will definitely save the schedule for the ′′ Genius Expo ′′ and anyway, I've been working hard for 1 years for this day.
Of course, this year too.
Anyway, it's a fun space, and this festival is interesting," it's not attracting with performers,"
Every year, most customers carry their feet to the venue without knowing who will be performing.
In other words, in the ′′ festival itself," more specifically, there is a fan in that space.
The only thing I know is ′′ every year, nishino is drunk at the audience and the tickets for the music festival that I don't know who's going to be out are sold out all dates. Anyway, as far as I know, it's the most fun music festival. Music Festival or year-end party, isn't it?
If you can search for the image at ′′ Genius Expo 2019 ′′ I think the atmosphere of the venue will be transmitted.
It's a ′′ Genius Expo ′′ but it's been a long time since I've been in the middle of a long time since I've been in the middle of a long time since I've been in the middle of
I know a hundred things that people on the management site want to be held, but I have to think about protecting the safety of the customer, so I wonder what I'm going to do. I was thinking of catching it.
Because no one is bad.
So, the day before yesterday," the organizers of the ′′ Genius Expo ′′ are towards the fans of the genius expo," I'm still lost, and it's not a done, but at the moment, I'm thinking about going in this direction ′′ That's what I'm talking about.
In the form of consulting a fan.
In it, there was an announcement that ′′ I'm thinking about doing the first floor stand seat, all of them in the table seat, and this year I'm thinking about doing it in the dinner show format,"
This is how customers in the venue are about 4 minutes, and they can protect the guidelines for the new corona virus countermeasures, and they can avoid secretly.
So, the ticket for the first floor stand seat I have now (3500 yen) is on behalf of ′′ live broadcast viewing ticket ′′ on the day of the day," still, I want to watch it at the table seat (dinner seat) at the venue ′′ Is the form of ′′ Buy dinner seat tickets ′′ in addition.
′′ dinner seat tickets ′′ can be purchased," limited to those who have tickets for the first floor stand seat," for those who are not interested in live streaming, we will respond to the refund of the ticket ′′ With the condition.
I personally thought that it was almost almost almost perfect as a way to get through Corona, but looking at the comments section of the distribution, the person who was dissatisfied with this judgement was chocolate chocolate.
′′ why do I have to pay extra to watch at the venue. Even if you sell a table seat, once you get a refund!" it's their side.
I think the first hope has been cut off, and it has become a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of That's what I'm talking about.
I can't help but wonder their complaint," anyway, the tickets are all refunded, and I'm going to sell the table seat again," it's good, but if you do it, I think it's you who may not be able to buy a table seat
No, when it comes to dinner show, there's a table for yourself, there's a chair, and there's a meal, and naturally, the price is going up from the standing seat?
But in this judgement, I'm selling dinner seats for ′′ people who already have a standing ticket," and this is not a double charge, and it's a standing ticket from the price of the original dinner seat. Isn't it going to be scraped?
What you're saying is transmitted?
...... in other words, in the judgement of the operation of this time, there is no one to lose the customer who has already bought the ticket.
If there is a point that is not convincing, the price of ′′ live broadcast viewing rights ′′ is about 3500 yen for the first floor standing ticket?
But if you don't agree there, you'll be able to ′′ refund ′′
I thought it was a stunning judgement, but there are people who leave it to emotions and complain here.
So, the operation accepts the complaint," well, I understand. As you want, all the tickets are refunded," and I'm going back to the flat, so for example, the price of the dinner seat is ′′ 6500 yen ′′ when it's ′′ 1 yen ′′ And in addition, I don't even know if I can get that ′′ dinner seat ′′
Until before, only ′′ people who have standing tickets ′′ had the right to buy ′′ dinner seats," but this time it's gone, and I'm going to have a ′′ dinner seat ′′ to all of them. It's going to be harder to get tickets.
So, I can't get tickets, and I still want to see it," after all, I'm going to buy ′′ tickets for live streaming... in the first place, who's going to get a deal. A complaint to get it Was it? Isn't that a story?
At least the person who complained is losing.
Of course, this is the interaction before the day before yesterday, so I don't know what happened after that, and I'm waiting for the judgement from the operation, but...... this is how it feels," I put a complaint in my emotions, but if the complaint is adopted, I think that I will lose myself
I know that I am also the side of providing entertainment services, but the service provider is the first to say ′′ I will be loved for a long time from a customer so if you have any trouble Ha," I'm pretty seriously thinking about how to reduce the loss of the customer?"
We all know that a service that is exploited from a customer is a short life.
I think that the base of the complaint of ′′ why don't you pay money in addition," I think I'm going to be a bit of a cheat," but I'm moving on the premise of being loved by the customer. People don't do that.
If you do that, you'll see it in a long term, and you'll lose yourself.
So, in the future, I'm going to be a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of
If the complaint is adopted, the probability of losing yourself is so messed up, so be careful.

(English writing below)
The 3 Lessons Youtube Taught Me
https://youtu.be/dtcU9GG80wQ
https://youtu.be/lPH26j2XQGw
https://youtu.be/x-7GPmbq5nw

🎉 Thank you to the 300 geniuses! 🎉 😁
I hit 300 subscribers on 29 December 2019, around 1030am.
One radical decision I made in June 2019 was to start weekly upload to my Youtube channel.
Radical because I was already running on a very tight time schedule every day.
But I have a bad habit.
Once my mind is set on something, I charge like the Flash, bulldozing all obstacles to make things work.
I am lucky that I found a reliable video editor in Taiwan.
If I do everything myself, my hair will turn full white or I will die young, whichever comes faster.
My channel hit 100 subscribers in March 2019, with 7 videos uploaded sporadically over a span of 2 years.
The weekly upload commenced on the last week of June. From June till now, I have only missed one week of upload due to heavy workload in December.
25 weekly videos later, these are the 3 lessons Youtube have taught me:
1) OLD CAN BE GOLD
It’s true. You can start a Youtube channel with merely an Iphone.
Currently, the videos on my channel are my FB Lives from 2016-2017, filmed with the front camera of Iphone6 and 6S.
I used to do weekly Lives back then and chalked up many videos. The resolution is funky.
I toyed with the idea of remaking all the 60 over videos, you know, with a really nice DSLR camera and in a pretty setting, so that it can look more professional.
But…the thought of my hair turning white…
So I uploaded the videos and gradually over 6 months, the views stacked up and new audience started finding me through Youtube recommendations.
All my Youtube videos has over 100 views.
One video on golden toads hit 7.8K views with 131 Likes:
https://youtu.be/dtcU9GG80wQ
Another video on how masturbation harms wealth luck has 6.8K views with 45 Likes:
https://youtu.be/lPH26j2XQGw
And this video on the mantra to repay parents has 1.8K views with 35 Likes:
https://youtu.be/x-7GPmbq5nw
No one has yet to complain of the wacky resolution. I think the content, my clear audio from a lavalier mic and the editing effects make up for it.
Most of the time, those Lives were done on the fly, after getting all fired up from a client consultation or receiving questions from my readers, so you see all these different backgrounds in my videos.
If I have to remake the videos, yes I may speak better, but I doubt I can mimic the same in-the-moment passion.
✅ When the time is right, stop fretting about the small stuff and just charge ahead.
_____________________________
2) IMPERFECTION IS PERFECT (sometimes)
I am anal about being as perfect as I can.
When the 2019 me watched the younger me blabbing away in the Lives, I will be like, eeee…why did I talk like that, yucks, why did my face look like that…
That golden toad video showcased my big pancake face in its full glory…and it grossed the highest views. It also brought me a ton of inquiries from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Macau and China over the last one year.
In all my anxiety to talk about masturbation on a FB Livestream for the first time, I freaking broccoli forgot to plug in my lavalier mic. The audio was bad. I was at a Starbucks cafe. People were walking left right up down center. The blenders were on rock and roll. I forgot what I wanted to say halfway.
I didn’t like the video a single bit. But never mind, just upload. My channel had less than 200 subs at that time in September. Who cares to watch my video anyway…
Then some guy watched it and “liked” it so much that he embedded my video to a men’s forum.
Within 24 hours, the views rocketed to over 1000 and that was how I hit the 200 sub count.
Holy asparagus, I became “famous” for a video of me sprouting about Masturbation VS Wealth Luck. In TWO men’s forums.
I somehow doubt my parents will be proud of this "achievement" of mine though. 😂
There were hate comments from men who got very agitated with what I said in the video. #chillbro Thankfully, there were more rational men who supported my viewpoint with their personal experiences.
In the video on a Buddhist mantra, there were two comments that motivated me greatly:
“Hi Ms Ji Qian, please do upload more videos.”
“Thank you for your patient guidance to teach us how to be filial and repay our parents for raising us up, through the Dharma and sutra recitation.”
✅ Everything happens for a good reason. It is up to me to make it serve my interest.
_____________________________
3) IT’S NOT ABOUT ME
People choose the content they want to watch. Sometimes "influencers" get carried away when they see their engagement shoot up.
But for me, the more videos I upload, the more I feel I am not doing it for myself.
Apart from consistent uploads, I do not have any strategy for Youtube.
I sometimes struggle to think of eye-catching titles. I let my video editor decides how he wants to do the thumbnails. I have no winning format to present my videos. There is no other similar Youtube channel for me to refer to.
I just speak what I know from first-hand experience and client interactions.
All these videos are my different mini-me, teaching and sharing online.
If you find it useful and subscribe to my channel, it isn’t me that is lucky.
It is YOU. Because you recognise that this knowledge can improve the quality of your life.
Life is a turbulence of emotions and events and it can often feel that we are not in control.
When you are able to steer your life better with this new knowledge in hand, I'm very sure that 2020 will be happy and rewarding for you and your family.
Thank you, genius, for discovering me and staying with me.
You make me want to be a finer version of myself to help you better.
I hope I have the same impact on you too. ❤️

The NBA scoring champion took his show into the playoffs Sunday and overcame a bad case of pregame jitters.
"You got anything bigger than butterflies?" Allen Iverson asked, searching for the words to describe his anxiety. "I might have had a buzzard in my stomach."
Iverson scored 30 points Sunday in the first NBA playoff game of his career as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Orlando Magic 104-90 in the opener of their best-of-5, first-round series.
Iverson said he slept poorly and woke up hourly, beginning at 5:30 a.m., in anticipation of the team's 9 a.m. breakfast. He's always nervous before a game, but said realizing a lifelong dream of appearing in the playoffs made Sunday especially gut-wrenching.
"I heard he got 15 minutes of sleep last night. That was 15 more than I expected," Philadelphia coach Larry Brown said, adding that the third-year pro's debut didn't surprise him.
"I think he handles situations like this pretty well," the coach added. "The only thing that I worry about is when he takes an individual challenge too much. I think he realizes now that he can just play."
Iverson, who said he actually got a lot more than 15 minutes of sleep, made 12 of 29 shots and finished with seven assists, five rebounds, two steals and six turnovers in 45 minutes.
When he wasn't the answer for the 76ers, Matt Geiger was. The center scored 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and led an 11-0 run that Philadelphia used to pull away for good.
Geiger also had 10 rebounds, helping the 76ers compile a whopping 57-36 edge on the boards.
Iverson struggled after scoring 18 in the opening half, missing 10 of his first 13 shots in the second half. But he held his composure and provided the basket that gave Philadelphia the lead for good midway through the fourth quarter.
"I'm still excited," said Iverson, who at 6-feet became the smallest player in league history to win a scoring title, averaging 26.8 points. "I feel like I could play another 48 minutes. The crowd was against us, but it was great just playing in that kind of atmosphere."
Penny Hardaway led Orlando with 19 points, but only three came in the second half. Nick Anderson added 18 and rookie Michael Doleac had 11.
The Magic used four different defenders -- Anderson, Hardaway, Darrell Armstrong and Matt Harpring -- on Iverson, and none of them enjoyed much success.
When Orlando tried to double-team the scoring champion, Iverson did a good job of finding Geiger and other teammates. Magic coach Chuck Daly is not sure the Magic can do much different defensively against him in Game 2 Tuesday night.
"We've done about everything. And I think that regardless of what you do, he's going to get 25 points ... He's really a genius with the basketball," Daly said.
George Lynch had 15 points and 12 rebounds for the 76ers, who won two of three regular-season meetings against Orlando, which at 21-4 had the best home record in the Eastern Conference this year.
The Magic shot only 34 percent from the field in the first two quarters, yet trailed just 50-47 at the half because they outscored the 76ers 23-6 from the foul line while attempting 31 free throws to Philadelphia's 13.
In three regular-season games against Orlando, Iverson averaged nearly 23 points a game. The Magic held him to 16 points in one game and 14 in another, although cold shooting probably was as much of a factor as Orlando's defense.
The 76ers star set the tone early with 11 first-quarter points and two assists, including a lob to Larry Hughes that the Philadelphia rookie caught up to on the baseline for a highlight-reel dunk and a 31-22 lead.
The Magic stayed close by living on the foul line, particularly in the last 6:10 of the second quarter when they trimmed four points off Philadelphia's lead despite going scoreless from the field.
Anderson's 3-pointer tied the game early in the third quarter, and the Magic went ahead briefly before the 76ers settled down to lead 70-69 going into the final period.
"They just outhustled us, plain and simple, in our own building," said Hardaway, the Magic's four-time All-Star guard. "They came in and were more aggressive on the backboards than we were, and it showed."
Notes: Once one of the toughest places in the NBA to get a ticket, Orlando Arena was not filled for Sunday's game. Attendance was announced as 15,267 -- 1,981 shy of capacity. About 3,000 tickets were available 90 minutes before tipoff ... Although the 76ers are in the playoffs for the first time since 1991, eight of the 15 players on the team had postseason experience before Sunday. Rick Mahorn, who's in his 16th season, led the way with 101 games. The other seven -- Tyrone Hill, Eric Snow, Harvey Grant, Aaron McKie, George Lynch, Matt Geiger and Theo Ratliff -- had a combined 94 games of playoff experience ... Iverson won the scoring title despite shooting just .412 from the field -- the lowest mark by a scoring champion since George Mikan shot 40.7 percent in 1949-50.

I’m a diva
is that a bad thing to say?
do you like it? don’t get it
twisted,
you couldn’t even buy time with
me
too many guys with unclear
motives around
easily distracted, so these
dancers crowd around
you don’t want it to end, but
you’re so damn superficial
I’m not Beyonce or Rihanna
but I’m still a bad bitch
and I’ll do whatever the fuck I
wanna if I feel like it
I won’t ever let you look down
on me
I’ll dig my heels in the ground
and tower over you like a
goddess
Yesterday is gone, so I have
nothing to worry about
Born and raised in Japan
tinted lips and dark hair
course I got pride
you shallow fucks, just a glance is
enough for you
and I’m deeper than that
(and I know my worth)
I won’t let you think otherwise
I’ll dig my heels in the ground
and tower over you
Stand in my heels and tell you straight to your face,
stand over you, over you
over you like a statue
it’s amazing
You think you’re a fucking genius
but
You don’t got nothin on me
boy bye – you think you know it
all, don’t you?
First of all, I do the things I want
and I know you judge me silently
but when everything comes back
around
Everyone can see how shallow
you are
Even a leopard can’t erase it’s
spots
Don’t call me a good girl, I’m not
here to show obedience, fuck outta here with that
I don’t take well to backhanded
compliments, so don’t flatter me
do me a favor and don’t even give a shit about me
Don’t impose your fragile
masculinity on me
cuz I’ll cut your dick off like Abe
Sada
and if you’re pissed off, then you
already lost
You and I know women can do
the impossible
and in the end, who is going to
speak of our greatness? You
I won’t ever let you
underestimate me
I will dig my heels in the ground
and tower over you like a
warrior
Yesterday is gone, so I have no
worries
Born and raised in Japan
tinted lips and dark hair
Am I proud? Fuck yeah
But just one glance is enough for
you, it’s pathetic
you can’t see I’m deeper
than that
The girls with me around Shibuya
that you take to love hotels
to the Sheraton, the Ritz, the
Mandarin, and the Hilton
the things you say and do, the
difference with you is like fucking
night and day
Don’t expect that
anymore
cuz the type of man I’m
looking for
Isn’t immature, a cheater, or a
liar…you ain’t shit
