What is forest bathing? How is it done, and how is it good for you? In celebration of International Day of Forests 2021, our team made this mini film on an increasing popular form of therapy called forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a wellness practice that started in Japan in the early 1980s.
We invited a bunch of friends to experience this unique activity that’s said to have a vast number of benefits, right here in Singapore. Led by You Min, a certified nature and forest therapy guide from Xiu Nature Connections (@forestbathingsg), here’s how it went.

Hi! I haven't done a longer (or I guess standard-length? Is 10 minutes long? idk) video in a while and was really excited to edit this vlog! Hmm, so 2020's almost over...and we're all ok (*￣▽￣)b Great job for getting this far, I am proud of you ? I'm getting ready for the holidays now (started typing up my Nice List/prepping gifts for Christmas!), and maybe it's the holiday cheer or the hint of an oncoming winter breeze that's making me just so numb to it all now - but maybe this year wasn't so bad.
