What I would like to share is not the condition , is the happiness and healthiness.
We will be happy when we are healthy, when we are not healthy i am sure we won’t be happy at all. When we were kid for sure we will be happy when eat those cake , junk and sugar because it’s the biological need of a human to being survive.

After we grown up everyone seems want to keep fitter, but how many of us understand that the important of food we intake? Do you think you really feel happier after u ate a lot of junk? Or more guilty actually? Do u think you feel less happier after you ate a bowl of salad? Or more happy and satisfy to fulfill your healthy diary?(body will give reaction if it’s happy or not after awhile)

After all I can tell you I still eat junk daily, maybe 2-5 % of my daily intake . So it keep my psychological and biological healthy and happy. At least I looks like a human not a shit!! It’s all your call! Action now.
