剛出爐的一本中譯新書，已看到網紅推薦人大力推薦。好奇之餘讀了一下，發現光是試讀的第一頁第一段內容就大有問題，中文第一句話就讀不懂了，找到原文，才知意思原來如此。以下列出這一整段的英中對照，並提出幾個問題，有助看出翻譯問題的端倪，有興趣的讀者不妨腦力激盪一下。
//So humans have multiple simultaneous hierarchies and hierarchies built around abstractions, and occasionally choose leaders who labor for the common good.
所以人類同時屬於許多階層，而階層建立在抽象的概念之上，偶爾會選出努力提升共同利益的領導人。//
問題：
