上週五參加了一場由 威士忌人生 舉辦的品酒會，主題是煙燻和泥煤，喝了9+2隻，感覺超級滿足，當然講師昇皓超會講絕對也是一大原因啊。

愛爾蘭：
1.康尼瑪拉Connemara peated cask strength 57.9% 20ppm /ex-bourbon cask (OB)
低地區：
2.艾爾莎貝Ailsa Bay 1.2 sweet smoke single malt 48.9% (OB)
高地區 :
3.亞德摩爾Whisky Agency Ardmore cask strength 51.5%/ refill hogshead
思貝賽區：
4.百富 Balvenie 故事系列Story No.2 14y (week of peat) 48.3%(OB)
島嶼區：
5.高原騎士Highland Park 英靈之父Valfather single malt 47% (OB)
6. 里爵Hidden Spirits Ledaig 11y cask strength 52.2% 2019 裝瓶
坎培爾鎮:
7. 朗格羅Longrow 11y cask strength 56.8% 2019 bottled/refill sherry cask (OB)
艾雷島 :
8.拉弗格Laphroaig 18y single malt 48% /bourbon cask(OB)

泥煤味威士忌其實有很多變化，亦並不只是來自艾雷島，其他蘇格蘭地區也有出產不同風格的泥煤味威士忌。Valfather戰靈之父是Highland Park威士忌整個Viking Legend系列中擁有最重煙燻味的威士忌，帶有標誌性的芳香煙燻味，是另類泥煤味的體驗。🥃

There are many varieties of peated whiskies, it’s not just from Islay only, other regions in Scotland also produce peated whiskies. I just tried Highland Park’s newly launched Valfather whisky, the last part of the Viking Legend series, which is the most peated version among all. It has dried heather flower & smoky notes, which is another style of peated whisky. 🥃
