I brought my family to this place at night for a meal. The environment is chill, friendly staff. They offered a few vegan burger choices and two snacks.
Their kitchen operates inside a bar, so it’s good to bring some friends over to enjoy some delicious burgers and drinks on weekend nights🍸.
For appetisers, we all agreed that the ‘mac and cheese’ is a must-order if you visited this place. It’s topped with crunchy truffle crumble. The taste of truffle is not too strong, the flavour of it balanced well with the smell of the cheese. Great for sharing!
🍔The “BIG DILL” burger has ‘beef’ patty, vegan cheese, onions and pickles. It comes with house-made sauce and meat-free patty. It’s vegan friendly yet looks and tastes just like beef!
The burger bun is soft, the patty is tender, it totally satisfied my parents’ crave for burgers.
🍔The “SIDE CHICK” burger - the soft brioche bun is filled with fried buttermilk ‘chicken’, vegan cheese and pickles, and it’s topped with mayo & Louisiana hot sauce. The chicken is crispy on the outside, it made a good combination with the sauce.
🌯ZEUS GYRO - This ‘lamb’ wrap is stuffed with french fries, cucumber🥒, tomatoes🍅, onions. The vegan meat really looks like lamb meat! The ‘meat’ is tender and juicy. The creamy garlic sauce creates extra flavour to it.

今天下午在理大有免費純素杯子蛋糕派發，很多人問不用雞蛋用什麼來做蛋糕？原來鷹咀豆水、亞麻籽、大菜粉、寒天粉都可以代替雞蛋的。那為什麼不吃雞蛋呢？
其實雞蛋曾經是我的最愛，以前食飯，如果沒有蛋，我會覺得這頓飯無餸食。但後來我知道了以下的事情，我便改變了我原有的習慣了：
1）母雞在正常情況下每年大概下蛋15-20隻
2）工廠式飼養的母雞，為了應付市場需求，母雞每年下蛋250-300隻
3）小雞出生後，小公雞不能生育，會被活生生地攪碎
4）小母雞會被送到雞蛋工場，她們的啄會被熱刀片切斷
5）居住環境狹窄，大概只有一張A4紙大小的空間

There was a free vegan cup cake distributed at PolyU this afternoon. Many people asked what to use to make cakes without eggs? Chickpeas Water, Flaxseed, Agar Powder can replace eggs. Then why not eat eggs?
In fact, eggs used to be my favorite. If there is no egg in my meal, I will feel that this meal has nothing to eat. But then I realized the following things about eggs, then I changed my original habits:
1) The hen will lay eggs 15-20 per year under normal conditions.
2) Factory-raised hens, in order to cope with market demand, hens lay eggs 250-300 per year
3) After the chick is born, males can't lay eggs, so will being ground up alive
4) Females will be sent to the egg factory and their beaks will be cut off with a hot blade.
5) Their living environment is narrow, and there is probably only one A4 paper size space.

Incredible freshly made chole bhature from Giani's di Hatti in Chandni Chowk, New Delhi. Bhatura chole (Hindi: छोले भटूरे, Punjabi: ਛੋਲੇ ਭਟੂਰੇ), is a combination of chana masala (spicy chick peas) and fried bread called bhatoora (made of maida flour) from India. It is usually eaten as breakfast, sometimes accompanied with lassi. Chole bhatura is served with onions, carrot pickle, green chutney and achaar.
There are different varieties of bhatura available such as aloo bhatura (bhatura filled with boiled potato), paneer bhatura (bhatura filled with cottage cheese) etc. These breads are served with chick peas cooked in a gravy made of tomotoes, onions, garlic and garam masala (a spice mix). Sometimes, this chick pea preparation is also served with kulcha (type of Indian flat bread), naan or chawal (rice).
