竹笙素翅」,就咁睇賣相同真翅感覺好似,

當然唔係真係肉啦,其實係由大豆麵筋製成,

懶人冬日恩物 (eng below)
開始轉季了,氣溫也明顯冷了 ❄️ 懶人我放假只想窩在被窩裡,睡到自然醒,然後吃碗熱滕滕又美味的麵!這簡單的願望對於只會做暗黑料理的我來說,其實算是難喔 😁 不過!最近經好朋友介紹,買了這款來自台灣的「山喜屋詹麵」,其中一款口味是全素 - 茄燒湯麵 🍅
一包三入,大概只需要幾分鐘就做好了。必須說這款麵條札實有嚼勁,比一般麵條更彈牙!更美味!它的茄醬是另一大賣點,超級濃郁!我整碗喝完!😅 再配上我喜愛的素魚蛋,一碗簡單美味的茄燒湯麵完成!
我還配了一些最近購入的「自家發酵純素泡菜」,增添風味呢 😋這泡菜不只是純素,沒有使用任何海洋動物,而且沒有額外添加糖和鹽,只用了新鮮水果發酵。不太愛吃泡菜的我,最近每晚都在吃 😜
The season is starting to change, and the temperature is obviously colder ❄️ I just want to lie in bed, sleep until I wake up naturally, and then have a bowl of hot and delicious noodles! This simple wish is actually difficult for me who has no talent in cooking 😁 But! Recently, I found this "James Sauce Noodle" (product from Taiwan). One of the flavors is vegan-Braised Tomato Noodle Soup 🍅
It takes just a few minutes to make it. I must said that this noodle is really chewy and more elastic than normal noodles! More delicious! Its tomato sauce is another big selling point, super rich! I finished the whole bowl! 😅 With my favorite vegan fish ball, a bowl of simple and delicious Tomato Noodle Soup is completed!
I also paired some recently purchased "home-cultured vegan kimchi" to add the flavor 😋This kimchi is not just vegan, it does not use any marine animals, and there is no added sugar and salt, only fresh fruit for fermentation. I don’t like kimchi so much, but I have been eating it every night lately 😜

金鐘│得閒飲茶。最愛港式純素點心
小時候的星期日,家庭活動一般都是去茶樓,飲茶吃點心。吃素後,基本上沒有再去過茶樓。直到早陣子,朋友說金鐘新開了一家純素點心!馬上約時間衝去試試!
我們一行四人,侍應姐姐非常細心,把所有三件式點心都多加一件,讓我們每人都有機會品嚐!我覺得這裡的點心比一般傳統的更精緻養眼,讓人看了唾唌三尺。最愛「蘿蔔絲酥餅」,外脆內軟,內餡綿綿的,口感很不錯,一定要趁熱吃。很久沒吃腸粉的我,一口氣點了兩款:靈芝菇雜菌和素叉燒香菇腸,兩款都很喜歡,小小一條,很方便吃!還有「紅油抽手」、「素碗仔翅」都是我的最愛!
點心款式實在多不勝數,無法為大家一一細說,還是你們親自去品嚐更實在!記得叫多一些親朋好友一起,這樣才能嚐到更多美食!
Admiralty │my fav. Hong Kong Style Vegan Dim Sum
When I was a kid, we always went to a Cantonese restaurant, drinking tea and having dim sum as a family event on Sunday. After being a vegan, I have basically never been to a Cantonese restaurant. Until early, my friend said that there is a newly opened vegan Cantonese restaurant serving dim sum in Admiralty! We were immediately rush to try it out!
We are a group of four, the waitress is very attentive, changing all three pieces of dim sum to four, so that each of us has the chance to taste all of them! I think the dim sum here is more refined and eye-catching than the traditional ones, which makes people slobbering. I love the "Shredded Turnip Baked Biscuits", crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the texture is very good. I haven’t had rice noodle rolls for a long time, so I ordered two of them at once: Ganoderma & mixed mushrooms and veggie BBQ pork, I love both of them. They make it in a smaller size which is very convenient to eat! The "Veggie Dumplings in Spicy Sauce" and "Vegan Shark's Fin Soup", which are my favorites too!
There are so many types of dim sum here, it's impossible for me to introduce all of them one by one, you have to come and taste it yourself! Remember to call more friends and family members together, so that you can try more tasty dim sum!

Dango Jiru or Dago Jiru is a Traditional dumpling soup from many prefectures in Japan. Depending on prefecture, it is called differently. For instance in Ōita it is called Dango Jiru and in Kumamoto it is called Dago Jiru, etc... The shape of dumplings differs from house to house. Some people take time to stretch out the dumplings into long Udon-like noodle shape. Some people make it into flat round shape. Some people just tear it into the soup. Moreover, some people put chicken and vegetables. Most people use Taro potato, Daikon radish, and Gobo (burdock root) but they are not a must. Please take it easy and try it out in the way you like!
Fun to make with kids as well 😉
FYI: You can use any Dashi product. I used this one.

How to Make Dango Jiru (Dumpling Miso Soup) Vegan Recipe
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 2~3
Ingredients
1 US cup (120g) all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 US cup (60ml) water
200g (7oz.) potato (taro potato)
50g (1.7oz.) carrot
50g (1.7oz.) Shiitake mushrooms
2.5 US cup (600ml) water
5g (1&2/3tsp.) Dashi powder *I recommend RIKEN Kombu Dashi Powder https://amzn.to/31o8bx8
2 tbsp. Awase Miso
chopped green onions
Directions:
1. Let's make Dango first. Put flour and salt in a bowl. Add water little by little then mix well. Make a bite-size Dango (small flat round dumplings) then cover with damp cloth and rest while cutting vegetables.
2. Quarter slice potato. Half slice carrot. Remove the stems and slice Shiitake mushrooms.
3. In a large pot, put water and Dashi. Add vegetables and cook on medium for about 7 minutes until soft.
4. Add Dango and cook on medium for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
5. Stop the heat and add Miso (dilute with cooking liquid). Then cook for a few seconds (do not boil over) until hot.
6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.

Okonomi means 'whatever you like', yaki means 'bake' in Japanese. So you can use whatever you like as a toppings. This time, the Okonomiyaki uses seafood, pork, cabbage and soba noodles. The cup soup is 'Oat Meat and Vegetable Soup Tomato flavor'. Oat Meat is one of vegan meat. It may healthy and the taste is not bad, but I like normal meat more.
