其實上次去花蓮的時候收穫真的不少。怕水的我還挑戰一下玩獨木舟。聽教練說明的時候一直提「如果翻船要怎麼做」其實心裡不斷地告訴自己，現在取消還來得及🤣，結果還順順利利的把完成！
另外就是怕高，還玩飛行傘。那時候教練問等等要玩刺激還是一般般。想說都飛起來了，也不知道什麼時候才會再玩，大膽的跟他說我要大刺激🤣結果我一直叫到不行，還有一直問他這樣安全嗎？哈哈哈
人要不斷地挑戰自己，這樣才會越來越強💪
Last time in hualian i just challenged my self to do two things that im afraid of. One is water! So i decided to do canoeing. Before we began, the instructor explained what we need to do if the canoe turned over, I just told myself to cancel the game. Haha but i survived and made it!
Second, is hyperphobia! I decided to challenge myself to do flying umbrella. The instructor asked me whether i brave enough to to something that really provoking and i said yes. That time i kept screaming and asked him whether it was safe or not.
We need to challenge ourselves to do something that we never do before or we afraid of! Because of this we can be braver that we think!
