High school students, university students, young children, and other civilians are UNARMED, but the police are equipped with full RIOT GEAR.
Many of them feel the burn from teargas and ran to find water. The protesters now moved down the street to Chulalongkorn University to find safety.
The people are being more pissed at the government and demanding them to STOP USING VIOLENCE WITH UNARMED PROTESTERS who have been peacefully protesting to demand democracy.
The protest was called off at 8 PM.
Thousands of Thais, led by The People’s Party or Khana Ratsadorn, also gathered on OCT 15 at Ratchaprasong Intersection to protest against the Thai military-backed government demanding PM to resign, a charter rewrite, and a constitutional monarchy.
Speakers take turn giving speeches on stage, while the 3-finger salute — symbolizes liberty, brotherhood, and equality — is constantly raised.
