Other people buy flowers for wedding anniversary. I bring her to forest to let her see flowers (and lots and lots of plants). 😂😂😂
But I guess the wifey would not have it any other way cos we spent time together doing the thing we love over 2 days - hiking through Dover and Clementi forests, and along the Green Corridor at Kranji to the Rainbow Bridge!

We were too busy with 大年初三 and #CNY to celebrate it anyway. Also we tend to celebrate our wedding anniversary more, and that falls on a day when flowers and dinners are significantly cheaper.
(Oh, and this post is not a segue to any sponsored Valentine’s Day promotion either.)

It’s year five with no Valentine
But always okay to be single
Since having a self care day on this day
Can be so worth it
First I splurged on a long deserved cheat meal
Pizza 🍕 and chicken 🍗 were the bomb
I later on went to a wonderful hot spring 🧖🏼♀️
Where I could just ease away the soreness and stress
To top that off
I went and got a bull body massage 💆🏼♀️
Loving yourself is always important
I’m just happy I got to celebrate V-Day
Nourished and relaxed 🥰

其實沒有什麼不好
因為利用情人節
呵護愛戴自己 真的很值得
今天真的難得好好的犒賞自己
吃了垃圾食物
除了一個美味的大披薩🍕外
我還吃了烤雞 🍗
後來我去了溫泉♨️ 好好放鬆筋骨
最後 我去全身推拿按摩
把所有壓力釋放了一頓
別忘了 每個人值得愛戴自己
我很開心今天可以很有儀式感

On April 8th 2018, during our 6th year anniversary, Gabriel surprised me with a proposal in the woods. I can't believe how much detail he had put into planning this and I am beyond grateful to everyone who has contributed to the creation of this happiest moment of my life. Of course i had to say yes!
