The famous, properly licensed outdoor Dai Pai Dong at 【愛文生飯店 大牌檔, Hong Kong】 This is their Signature Dish 黑椒薯仔牛柳粒 （Wok Fried Beef Fillet with Potato & Black Pepper ). It's meant to be slightly peppery spicy with hint of honey sweetness, the potatoes slightly crisp, all thickly Diced with the proper 大牌檔霸氣風範. This 'item' is a famous locals area dish in deeper Sham Shui Po & Shek Kip Mei alleys with a few stalls doing their own interpretations. Beef a bit over tenderized tonight but at HKD $108 only... 🐄🗡 I personally think it's more for fun sitting outside than for connoisseurs taste, albeit it depends on where you go & what you order specifically too!
