Currently 4:50am and I’m wide awake!! Any time I have a speaking event, my sleep the night before is terrible!! I keep thinking my alarm won’t go off so I ‘sort of’ go to sleep haha! Anyway - I thought I’d post this FULL BODY bench workout for any ladies going to the gym today😁 Try 12-15 reps per exercise for 4 ROUNDS!
